Looking For A Good Burger!!
This Was A First Visit. I Will State. The Burger Is A Decent Size. I Ordered The Bacon Cheese Burger. Now In This Economy!! $20 For A Burger & Drink!! To Me Is Insane!! Especially When Theres A Huge Selection Of Restaurants Offering Much More For Your Money!! Atleast Throw In Some Fries!!! In Addition; They Were Skimmpy With The Bacon Portion…It Was Bland, Even After 4 Packs Of Ketchup, And Added Salt & Pepper. My Advice To Them, Include A Few Value Meals!!! People Are Struggling!! Im Not Sure Thier Keeping Up With Current Events!!! I Definitely Dont Recommend Going There And Will Never Return. My Search For A Good Burger Continues!!

went to five guys tonight had a very good experience. The cashier was super polite, nice and a hard worker. She mentioned she was new and hand delivered our milkshakes to us. Definitely will be back shortly.

Favorite burger place! I always come and get the same thing a patty melt with an extra patty, soo good ! Make sure you try a milkshake if you haven’t already. The staff is always friendly and the manager really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Keep making people smile.

This visit to the Charlotte, NC Five Guys Northlake location was very disappointing due to the rude and nasty manner of an employee. I was excited by the clean exterior and interior along with the delicious aroma only to receive rude and nasty service. I went in to order and asked if they had a menu for the visually impaired. The courteous cashier was trying to accommodate he asked the staff in the back if there were any. An angry voice yelled TAKE A PICTURE WE DON’T HAVE ANY.Then the owner of the loud nasty voice rudely shrugged his shoulders and threw up his hands in a dismissive manner. I guess the special needs of your customers don’t deserve to be addressed nor considered. Your employee is a representative of your company when they are on the clock and should be trained to be more sensitive to customers with special needs. I left feeling publicly humiliated sad and still quite hungry. I was so embarrassed. It was my first time there and I will not be back.

The workers were too talkative eveyones wait time was longer than normal. Food good the services not as good due to the guy cleaning threw away trash across my face instead of walking around me, the same guy out a cleaning cloth on top of the cup lids, the rest of the staff show they were more interested in their own conversation then making sure food and needs are met of the customers coming thru the door.

Five guys is usually awesome. I tried this location twice. 2 fails, same item… blt. They told me all their bacon is burnt. That’s how it is. But, I eat these twice a week. All over the country. No, the bacon isn’t usually burnt.

Staff was great, but the food quality has definitely fallen off. Was not worth spending $25 per person. Very disappointing. Probably will never eat here again until they get their prices under control.
