Everyone in our party was a fan from baby to in-laws. Would confidently recommend to Pho lovers or people new to Pho.
It is the Pho King best!
Three of us ordered:
create your own pho $16.50
+$1 for meatball
mi toi tom nuong $19
bo ne steak n eggs $22
pho suon bo short rib $21
I personally had the pho with short rib. Definitely on the pricier side of pho, and I wish there was more meat to justify. Overall it was ok.
Quite a bit of seating in the area.
Parking in the plaza.
Then we ordered the Pork patty rolls that came with peanut sauce. The roll was wrapped tightly with fresh lettuce, crunchy wonton stick and the pork patty. I’m used to dipping peanut sauce when the roll has noodles like a spring roll. So I feel like the peanut sauce did not go well with this combo and it was overly nutty and thick. I’m used to the grilled pork orange sauce.
The garlic butter Chicken wings were tasty and had the thin layer of outer crispy breading. When the plate came out, it hit me with a strong smell of fish sauce. After biting into it, I think the secret sauce is fish sauce.
Overall, if we come back, I would pivot to the other items on the menu like beef butter skillet, Bo ne, spicy noodle soup, shaken beef but never again to the pho.
This place surprised me in the best way. I highly recommend trying their bò chảo and bò nướng đá. Both dishes were incredibly tender. The bò chảo was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — honestly comforting in a way that felt homemade. As for the bò nướng đá, I loved the interactive part of it. You cook the beef on a hot stone yourself, so you can make it exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat made it easy to get that perfect bite every time.
If you’re looking to explore Vietnamese food beyond phở, this place deserves a stop. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu.
