It’s been a minute since I’ve been to an Arby’s, but I had a hankering for some roast beef and stopped in for lunch when in Smithfield. The sandwich was as good as I remembered, and I love those curly fries with horsey sauce. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the service was fast and friendly.

Food was just okay. Long wait time especially in drive thru. Just to get wrong food and drink. Mind you once I got the correct items I purchased. My Lunch break was over and couldn’t even eat it. Do better!!!!

All the food was freshly made. Chicken hot and fresh for the sandwich with perfect proportion of lettuce to tomatoes to mayo. The crinkle Fries were crisp and right out of the fryer. My pork sandwich was tender and the sauce was in a packet so you could apply as much as you want.

Had to wait a bit due to no one being available at the front for at least 3 minutes. Otherwise everything was good. Ordered 3 double roast beef classics, 2 double beef -n- cheddar’s, 2 regular roast beef’s and a small curly fries to the tune of $48 and some change ♀️ This was on the way back home to Myrtle Beach. Very clean though I might add!

Food is always good and the sandwiches have plenty of roast beef. The slowest Arby’s ever. Never have online orders ready. Have seen it take over 30 mins to get food if they even acknowledge you at the drive through.

Has to be the worst Arby’s around!! At least they’re consistent with the worst customer service! Food terrible! Won’t even give you Arby sauce!! Like it’s coming out of their check!! Not even curly fries! Save your $ go anywhere else!!

My husband and I went to get Arby’s this morning on our way back home from visiting family in Four Oaks, NC. We got the Turkey and Swiss, & Turkey and Bacon and neither one of them had any Turkey! I have tried contacting the Arby’s location and all I get a ‘this number has been disconnected’. Tried to contact Arby’s headquarters with no luck either. We were only passing through so we can’t go back. We did get two Arby’s sandwiches with cheese and they were okay, very flat but good. This was at 11:06 in the morning so they just opened, but we hot screwed. DO BETTER!!!!!
