Rated the atmosphere 5 because it was empty and quiet at 2pm. Suited my mood. I picked a sunny window to have my meal. The tables were not clean. The staff was standing around doing pretty much nothing. But the chicken was ready to presumably they were busy a few minutes before. Restroom was clean.
I entered and ordered on one of 2 screens available. My order was ready in about 2 minutes. And for that reason the service gets 3 stars. But otherwise there was not a smile to be seen or a word exchanged.
Food gets 2 stars because the chicken pieces looked dehydrated – though they weren’t. I’m used to getting nice big pieces of juicy looking chicken from KFC. The pieces normally fill the box. These pieces looked a bit sad and lost. The oil also was past due changing.

The guys are friendly, but I everytime I come here to order you can obviously tell that they never change their oil.

Took OVER AN HOUR to receive our food. It was a basic order, 8 pc. Bucket and a couple sides. Kept being told it’d be longer and longer each time we inquired. Ordered it in app 20 minutes before arriving and sat in the parking lot waiting for them to finish and bring it for another 50 minutes. They ended up forgetting parts of our order. Breading on the Extra Crispy chicken was pale and not very crunchy as if it hadn’t been cooked very long. This was rightly so because the chicken was STILL strongly tinged PINK inside. We recooked it ourselves at home in the air fryer to have some hope of it not making us sick. The large sides were just barely above half filled. Overpriced and undercooked, what a waste of $60.

The one on berryville Avenue they park people to 30 to 40 minutes because they have never have any food ready and if you order something they say you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to cook it if you asked for a receipt for your food, they say wait a minute they leave you set for 40 to 45 minutes and then they never even come out for you to get your receipt They need a whole new management to take over that restaurant.

The outside of this KFC looks like the building is closed and abandoned. Went through the drive thru. Girl was nice. I got a family meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I got two coleslaw’s and no mashed potatoes. The chicken looks old and hardly any meat on the legs. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning bc I’m not cooking after wasting $31 for dinner here

Phone number on here to store does not work. When I went up because my fries where cold, I only got 3 tenders in 2 of the 5 tender meals and the drinks tasted like they had old in them. (Like they had not cleaned the nozzles, in 10 years.) I was told that they would not replace anything. That i was lying about the drinks and that the fries where fine they even pulled one out and said that feels hot to me and put it back in the bag told me to have a good day and walked away.

We always have good service and good food here. The chicken was just the right crispiness and not too oily like some KFCs. I didn’t even notice a KFC was there until my son went here after school one day with friends and he came home and specifically asked for this KFC and said it was good so I’m glad I gave KFC another chance. My only feedback (and that is being picky) would be the lobby, although clean, seemed a little old or something. It could use a refresh or update. Everything else was good and the people working there are so nice and friendly and helpful.

Christmas Eve what a joke the people that were actually working there was one of them working the window. The rest were just kind of not doing anything no orders we’re going out if one did go out it was wrong. How does this place stay open? It’s consistently bad if you’re out of town, avoid this place like the plague the people in town already know not to eat here.

I wish I had read the other reviews and not come here. I wanted to try the new chicken and waffles menu item, and figured any KFC would be the same. When I came in for lunch on 05/16/25, there was one lady working the counter and drive-thru and she was too busy to take my order. So I ordered from the kiosk (mistake). About 10 minutes later I asked about my order and that’s when I realized that she never looks at the screen with the kiosk orders. I asked why she doesn’t look at that and she apologized and said “someone deleted the order” and gave me a free soda. The soda had too much carbonation and was un-drinkable. When I got the chicken it was undercooked. They don’t have knives (?), so I had to pick up the waffle with my hands and get syrup all over them. The decor was dilapidated. I didn’t even think they were open when I was driving up to the empty parking lot. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.
