They offered a Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich with stuffing, cranberry, mayo, and gravy in late October, but the said they were out of gravy, so ordered it without. I ordered the sandwich with white bread sub roll, which would taste better then a wheat bread sub roll with the other ingredients of the sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good, but a bit more salty due to the stuffing. The sandwich could have had a little more turkey and a little less stuffing, but overall was a pretty good sandwich. Next time I will order the stuffing on the side and hopefully they will have gravy, could do the gravy on the side and dunk my sandwich in it.

Accepted a delivery order at 7:57 pm, when they closed at 8. The driver tried to pick up food. They were closed, there was no indicationon their app that they were closing early. I had him running in circles because the app said that he had picked it up at 8:47 pm, WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED. Why did they say he’d picked it up, probably so they could claim he delivered to wrong address so Firehouse subs isn’t liable for a refund. So it’s after 9 and no food. Jerks

I ordered probably one of the easiest sandwiches, a grilled cheese. I waited for 10 minutes, it didn’t come out with the rest of the food. My parents have finished their sandwiches, and I’m waiting on a remake of mine because they didn’t melt it enough. The cheese was solid. Melted is not in their vocabulary. Their sandwiches were cold too.

Ordered pick up, got there when it said it would be ready. Order was never shouted nor put on the pickup shelf. Ended up sitting behind counter with workers for 15 min until asked about.

Very disappointed for lunch service anymore. Used to love going here and being able to grab a sandwich. Last couple of times have had to wait a really long time to be greeted or to take my order. Looks like they are working on a large Togo order or catering of some kind. Completely ignore the customers in the restaurant. Today was finally the last straw, after waiting about 10 mins without being acknowledged, asked how long it would be, was told it would be another 20 mins after I get my order in, but who knew when that would be because no one had taken an order or looked like they were going to the whole time I was there. Thankfully Goodcents is right across the street if you ever need a sandwich for lunch in less than an hour.

Even when I do manage to get a sandwich I get the wrong sandwich. Was supposed to be a Turkey Bacon Ranch on White, got something else on Wheat
