What a great great disaster after long drive from Toronto to sarnia want to buy food at kfc and end up all food chucked in one brown bag after waited 20 min at drive tru took pictures of time and food not even our dogs wanted to eat the chicken ,we’re so dry and she said they closed we can not come in ,we want our money back ,I am sharing photos we have taken when we reached home.Is this kfcs service is will never go there again .The fries were ice cold and ended up in dustbin what a shock.

I don’t know what’s going on in KFC’s kitchens, but calling this meal “food” is an insult to the word. I ordered the 4-piece Original Recipe Box Meal, expecting the crispy, flavorful fried chicken KFC is supposedly famous for. Instead, I got soggy, sad-looking chicken that felt like it had been steamed rather than fried. Soggy fried chicken—really? That’s a new low.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, two of the pieces smelled absolutely rancid, like something fished out of a dumpster. Rotten meat in a meal that people are supposed to eat? That’s not just disgusting—it’s downright dangerous. Do they even have quality control, or is the policy just to serve whatever is lying around?
The coleslaw was another crime against food. It was ice-cold and tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a week, with that stale, musty “leftovers” vibe. At this point, I was scared to take another bite.
The only remotely edible things were the Diet Pepsi (which KFC obviously didn’t make) and the French fries. Congratulations, KFC, you managed not to ruin pre-packaged soda and deep-fried potato sticks. What an achievement.
This meal was a complete joke, and not a funny one. KFC, do better—or just stop pretending you care about food.
The only thing “finger-lickin’ good” about this was throwing it in the trash.

I was at the drive through and costumer service was the poorest. The guy was speaking to me as if I was nobody and when he was handing me my order he didn’t even looked at me. Not a thank you and not a have a good day. Like seriously!!! From the time I started ordering he was just saying “drive up” and there was no one behind me at the time. He was just rushing me out. Saturday, December 20, 2025 around 12:50 pm.

Ordered the “first bucket is on us deal” through the app… upon realizing they did not include said “free” bucket I called the location (Colborne) and asked if it had been included… they said no it wasn’t included online despite no mention of this anywhere on the app… so I asked to cancel my order… on the support line I was instructed to call which was indeed the Colborne location themselves… they said I had to cancel through the app and they couldn’t refund my money… so I said keep the order thinking getting something for the $25 I wasted was better than getting nothing at all… I was then called by another individual who also had extreme difficulty with the English language, asking if I cancelled my order to which I replied i hadn’t and to send it… did not receive my order and so called again and they claimed to have no knowledge of my order… then I lost my shit and all of a sudden they did have knowledge of my order… I was then contacted by someone else with slightly better English who informed me I would receive my money back in 1-3 days… that was 6 days ago and have not received anything back. Do not order from KFC… literally every other chicken place is better and it is not worth the aggravation or giving money away for absolutely nothing. Thanks for showing me that one of our childhood favourite chicken places is now a pathetic facade for stealing money.

I would leave a 5 star rating based on the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They are amazing. With that being said, I ordered some sides. The corn was half brown, I didn’t notice until after a few bites that it was very off.
This happens…….I understand.
I left a message and praised them for their customer service and informed them that their corn had gone bad.
After that, I got quite ill and vomited through the night. I hadn’t eaten anything else through the day.
I called just now and spoke to a manager and politely explained my experience. All they could say was “sorry for your experience”.
This is where the line of customer safety and vulnerability hits that line and crosses it.
I don’t know why the corn was tainted, they explained that an old batch was mixed in?
How “old” of a batch are we talking about?
And when a customer has experienced food poisoning, that can’t be the only response.
That was very very unnerving and disappointing.
I hope that your food handling safety is addressed, and that your customer service response improves.
I have attached a photo.
I’m not perfect and have left some corn in my fridge a few days past due, but I have never seen corn at this point even after a week plus.
This is NOT just a day or two old or “the last batch” I hope.

I went through the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot because they needed to cook more big crunch burgers. They were raw, still cold in the middle. When I went back, she did offer to try again, but I got my money back and went elsewhere.

I used to like this kfc…but something changed….they close very early ,(@ 8pm) you have to wait 20 mins for your food…what happened to the kfc?
You can’t even eat inside anymore, we are still sitting waiting in the d4ive through for 20 mins ,im really dissapointed .

The MANAGER hung up on my husband when he pointed out not all of their menu items were available online. Had what looked like spit on the food after this convo. I’ve reported to the health unit and corporate. Disgusting behavior

Had a fantastic experience at KFC! The staff was super friendly and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor—exactly what you’d expect from KFC! Service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I appreciate the consistency and attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back for more!
