The food is good, and it’s even better if you arrive after they have put out the newly cooked food. Service is ok, but you have to make sure they apply your rewards correctly. This location has a tendency to make mistakes with the reward points.

Ordered bigger plate, charged with bigger plate but missing 1 item. It’s frustrating to have a situation like this when you are hungry and expecting your that you orders and only to find out something is missing with the order. I don’t blame the dasher since they can’t open the food. Just lost my appetite after being frustrated. Simple order simple job can’t get it right……

This is the third time Dayana has served me and everytime, it’s with less and less care. She doesn’t pay attention to what she’s doing, carelessly throwing food into the bowl. It seems she’s more concerned with what’s on her phone than adequately assisting customers. It’s a shame to see.

I ordered two bigger plates to go to share with my family, teriyaki, 3 orange chicken THEY Literally only put ONE scoop of old orange chicken in one box! The other has one scoop of old chow mein With NOTHING ELSE IN IT! That’s NOT A MISTAKE That’s BEING LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL or Straight THEFT! Ringing in YOUR ORDER THEN TAKING THE FOOD YOU’RE PAYING FOR, FOR THEM SELFS! Watch this location never ordering here again. Shady, and literally in unedible and afraid of getting food poising.

I bought my family food from here this afternoon.
They raved about how delicious it was. They also said that the containers were packed completely full with the food, that the boxes were nearly bursting.
The people working there today were really nice too.

Always get the same thing, large noodle (side) @ Panda. The taste was acceptable, but the portion was MUCH less than what I’m used to (The container is usually PACKED) this container seemed “fluffed” to appear full and had tons of cabbage nubs.

Been coming here for a while but this time it was just horrible. First noticed that no gloves were being used by any of the staff packaging food, the only person wearing gloves was the guy in the back cooking. Looked super understaffed. Also only the ladies packaging food / checking ppl out wore any kind of hair net. The guy cooking didnt have one. Now to what was actually terrible about my visit was that I got to checkout with my father and he had noticed that he didnt get his bejing beef so he let them know, the lady who packaged our entres came up and asked what she missed, the checkout lady said “the bejing beef” and the other lady said “oh yeah we ran out.” Didnt care to let us know, offer an alternative, offer to have us wait for fresh chicken, just moved on and was going to let us pay for something that wasnt there. Also service was pretty unwelcoming and maybe not rude but just did not feel welcoming at all. Please do better! Normally this place has awesome service but today was something else.

The overall experience is moderate. The staff is always welcoming, however the food is always poor quality. I’ve been to this location at least 15 times the past year as it is close to my work. However, maybe only 3 times I have received hot food that is not dry from sitting out for a while. The food is always warm, but doesn’t have that fresh flavor that other Panda stores have. I will update my review as needed.
