We went here last night. We went to several restaurants that were packed with a waiting list. So we went to the AC Benchmark as it has amazing views and being one of 2 places in town that are skyline visible restaurants.
The service was poor at best. We had to ask for drinks, wave down our server to order and the menu well its very lack lustering.
Perhaps a venue such as this should step up its service and menu to compete with other nearby eateries. Or just close the doors.

I had just finished a 5 hour hike and needed to warm up from the inside. I asked for a hot chocolate and baileys or something similar/hot. Jack thought for a second (they had no hot chocolate) and adjusted a Brandy Alexander to use hot water instead of ice and it was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Top notch service by both Scott and Jack!

Kayla, Scott, and Jesus are a stand up team with incredible service!! greeted with a smile, can-do attitude, quick and delicious drinks, don’t miss out on benchmark!!

Edit: I am impressed once again by the hotel itself, especially in their response to my review. We will most definately try this rooftop bar again.
The food was decent, and the drinks were good. The service was terrible. We were there on Halloween, and the three bar tenders couldn’t have been more disinterested and bored. Trying to converse with them was like drawing blood from a stone. Drinks went dry, and it was work to get their attention. There were about eight patrons in the bar when we were there, so they were far from busy. Perhaps this is their schtick? With that said, there are so many other great options in the area that offer way better service at half the price. The location and rooftop view are the only reasons to go there.

Scott, Jesus, Jack and Cedrick were all the best. You got Scott lining it up on cocktails, jack is an incredibly knowledgeable bartender, Jesus taking care of everyone, and Cedrick running the whole op with pure class. Not to mention Jessie on the downstairs bar, absolutely killing it. Love this place! Would highly recommend the panna pizza, can’t get a pie like that anywhere else around town.

What a place to start my visit to Bozeman! The view is lovely and the bartender Jack was very friendly and accommodating. His knowledge of cocktails was impressive to hear as well as observe! The entire staff was friendly and also very helpful in suggesting places to see, visit and try!! Will definitely visit here in the warmer months!!

The rooftop views were amazing, and the cozy seating outside by the fireplace made it such a great place to hang out. The service was very friendly and the bartender Jack was great and super welcoming. Definitely the spot I’d love to come back to.

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars because they do not even deserve one. Bartender and server refused to acknowledge us in a COMPLETELY EMPTY restaurant for more than 10 minutes. Did not say hello back or communicate one word and instead proceeded to restock more than a hour before close. Expected something close to Hoosier hospitality but received far from it.

Great atmosphere and drinks! Bartender Scott made a pumpkin spice espresso martini that was fantastic. The fig spread on the burrata made the dish. Great place for nice drinks and a quick bite.
