So I must confess,I am not a D.D. fan…….well not til last week. I decided to stop my local DD before my child had to go to school. My child got a Matcha Latte, regular hash browns,munchkins and I got a hot chocolate. It was all really good and so was the customer service. They had alot of yummy looking items that I want to give a try.

I get my coffee from this dunkin donuts everyday. I’ve watched several employees come and go. Everytime I finally get them to make my coffee right the good employees always leave. I have been getting coffee both hot and iced plus donuts for 7 years now. I feel like loyal customers aren’t always appreciated and treated right. I don’t understand why the same person is always at the drive through window. I feel like not all employees seem to care how they deal with customers either and other employees go above and beyond but never noticed for it. I’ve also seen where the outside is dirty or has alot of trash laying around. I would like to see things change because I’ve been to other dunkin stores taken care of so much better. I see room for alot of improvements. I prefer only certain employees to handle my orders, but the good ones must not be treated right or they would stay. I have never seen or met the manager of this store and I think he or she should be available at least sometimes. See recent picture of coffee grinds in my coffee. I except more from this dunkin.

Drove up to drive thru to place an order and the person taking the order barely spoke English and I hard a terrible time understanding them. Someone else jumped on and took the order ..all fine. Pull up to the window and this man reaches out the window to take my cc. He had a straw in his hand but I handed him my card. Then he stood there staring at me. Then he started shaking his hand at me. I asked what before realizing he wanted me to take this straw from him. Then he rolled his eyes and said something under his breath. I should have just drove off looking back on it. Such unnecessary bad behavior to give to your customers. If the owner reads this, just know you’re not the only DD near me. I won’t be back.

Love the matcha latte! I always order a Large matcha Latte with oat milk ,1 vanilla bean very light ice with whip cream! It’s not sweet but it’s not bland either ! You taste the vanilla bean in every sip! It’s perfect! I like the young man that makes it. He actually mixes it right! I get it everyday at this location!

Probably the only dunkin in the United States that only serves bottle water . I stopped by and ordered my drink (medium latte) and asked for a glass of water and the pleasant lady (sarcasm) blantly refused saying we only serve bottle water … P.S I visit dunkin donuts minimum two times a day.
