I’ve been to other locations primarily Alcoa hwy and the food is never this well cooked or plated. This location was clean, stocked, professional and safe feeling. I will make the drive from now on to visit this store.

Ok I had a mobile order that I could tell the person working was overwhelmed. It was a bit confusing where to pick up as I pulled through the driveway and they asked for me to pickup at the front door. I waited and no one came out to drop off the food so I ended up going inside to pickup. The food online said it would come with sauce but did not. I ordered the 2 pc fish combo and 5 pc shrimp. Both no sauces. Also the crispy bits of the fried fish seemed to be shaved off and all over the bottom of the tray. I hope that this was just a fluke error, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back again soon.

It wouldnt surprise me if this business gets shut down. Considering it is the only “seafood” place in town we do go here, But how they manage to mess your order up every single time beats me. The drive thru service is TERRIBLE they charge extra for certain items thinking you won’t notice and when you pull up the correct price on their menu they simply say not our problem you pay what the register says not the board in the drive thru or menu online- False advertisement needs fixed. They immediately rush you through the drive thru, give you no receipt, and send you home with the wrong order. The woman in the drive thru is also extremely rude she will not serve you if you address an issue with your order being wrong they refuse any further service and send you on your way with a half ass dinner please do better we had to go to two different restaurants just to bring dinner home to our family, something that could have very easily been fixed.

My potato was supposed to be loaded, as I paid $2.19 EXTRA for it.. and it wasn’t , when I asked for a refund and said I would do it myself I was told they cannot give a refund and got the window shut back in my face.. I got the stuff for the potato and it wasn’t freezing cold bacon and cheese.. no butter or sour cream.. it was a lady with short blonde hair .. horrible customer service I will not return to this location

This is like a really mixed review. Food really wasn’t too bad. Lady at counter not too friendly. Server/cook acted like he had a really bad weekend. Not any personality there either.

Y’all seriously need to address the customer service at this location. I walked in and approached the front register and was greeted, very rudely, by the person working drive thru with: “You’re going to HAVE to come over here and order. THAT register isn’t working!” Please understand there was absolutely no signage to indicate this issue and since I am not a psychic telepath I had no way of knowing this without being told and would have appreciated being told without having orders barked at me. After completing my order, I was asked if I wanted anything else. Noticing a sign about a 5 piece shrimp for $1.99 that was free if not offered, I made the apparently dire mistake of requesting the freebie since the promotion had not been offered. At this point, I was screamed at and told she wasn’t finished yet. I simply suggested that “anything else?” is not the same as “can I get you ‘x’?” at which point she screamed at the kitchen to give me a free 5 piece and someone else better finish my order because she was going to the back. Somehow, though, she did manage to make it back in time to scream at me to leave and go somewhere else to “get free stuff” as I was walking away. This was far and away the absolute WORST customer experience I have had anywhere and at 52 years old, I have had a few bad experiences. The ONLY reason I even enter this building is because my autistic child loves the food and had been begging for it all day. Going forward, I will be trying to encourage him to find a new favorite as I would prefer to NEVER set foot in this store again. But thank you so much for making me feel like the a-hole just because I chose to walk in today.

Nice staff BUT the food has declined severely. Fish was smaller than my plastic fork. Mac&Cheese had 8 macaroni swimming in a bowl of cheese sauce. Hish puppies have remained the same thank goodness!

Apparently nobody can read a ticket and make sure it order is correct after driving 5 mi home I open my dinner and this is what I find doesn’t match the ticket.! Not to mention I waited approximately 5 to 8 minutes at the drive-thru window for them to even prepare my food.!

Went to Calhoun’s Lenoir City to be on the water for my birthday with a coworker…This was my first experience with Calhoun’s. The locals are telling yiu the truth about having delicious hickory smoked ribs ❤️, they were delish !! I ordered the 1/2 rack and enjoyed a baked sweet … I opted to try the Calhoun’s lager on tap with an orange like the Belgian blue moon. What a serene and fin atmosphere the lounge and bar was packed.. be sire to make a reservation when coming here fir a bite to eat… I hear there is usually a wait list fir the lounge area… The Dining area seemed like it had not been updated in a good while like the rest of the restaurant seemed to be updated…
