This Pizza Hut Classic in Bristow is amazing!! We had a surprise party for my 16 year old son’s birthday there in the party room and it couldn’t have gone any better. His vibe is anything retro or nostalgic and his favorite food is pizza and this Pizza Hut Classic didn’t disappoint. Checkered table cloths and stained class light fixtures. Chef’s kiss! The three young ladies that waited on us were so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were pros!! We drove about 40 minutes just to have his party at this specific Pizza Hut Classic and I’m so glad we did!! Oh, yeah, and the pizza was outstanding! I’m sure we’ll be back soon. ❤️ ♥️

The Pizza Hut Classic is located on Route 66 in Bristow. When I pulled in, I felt like I was going to the Pizza Hut I celebrated at, as a youth in the 80s in Broken Arrow. The dining room is dark the way you remember and cozy with big tables. They have something for everyone as pictured in the menu. There is a salad bar too. Pictured are a small supreme thick crust with extra sausage, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese which I call “The Robert”. I had a slice and it is a very savory and creamy flavored pizza. I enjoyed the sauce and the cheese is mild and goes well. The crust is how I remember, lightly golden, airy and doughy. I’d recommend this to your carnivore. The great thing about this combination is that the savory sauce soaks up in the dough for a perfect bite each time. Then there is an individual personal pan thin crust jalapeno, pineapple, and cheese pizza. A perfect 4 small slices to share as an appetizer or have as a personal choice. Then a small personal pan pizza hand tossed crust of sausage and cheese. This is mom’s go-to (and why I landed here today). She loves their sausage because it is not the spicy kind and this is her 3rd reorder. Then there was the amazing ultra spicy super hot 6 pack of dripping yummy hot buffalo wings. That was for me and they were everything they claimed. I will get again anytime.. Our bill was less than $26. I started to sweat (happily) after the second one. I am cleaning up as I jot this down. I think this Bristow Pizza Hut Classic is a nice local destination where good times are waiting.

Totally understandable when their fryers are down but it doesn’t excuse poor customer service for the rest of their business. When key personnel (manager and older employees) aren’t there the quality in food has deteriorated and the customer service is lacking. Normally this establishment is right on the business but lately has been inferior.

Our waitress which I believe was manager was very rude. Took our drink order brought me sweet tea after I asked for unsweet tea due to diabetes. Brought my tea back asked if we was ready to order and my husband and son let me order first. I got a small personal pizza and side salad and she said will that be all and took menus up and I said no they would like to order to.

This location is a joke. It is a bunch of young kids that wouldn’t know proper customer service if it hit them in the face. Rather be on their phones and chatting with each other then helping customers. The app was not working it was horrible. When I informed the cashier that the app was not accepting my card and maybe they should tell corporate to look into it I was told the app was fine it must be my card. I used the card at the kiosk at the store and it worked just fine. I then had to ask for my salad and when I did I got handed an empty bowl and when I asked what to do I was told go make it myself with an eye roll and a tone. I also then had to ask for my soda they had also forgotten to give me and the girl made a huge deal sighing and acting put out. This is not the first time I have been in and was treated poorly and the place was dirty this was just to bad to ignore this time.
