Is it too much to ask for a HOT ‘n ready to be somewhat warm? A 5 minute trip home shouldn’t result in a room temp pizza and rock hard breadsticks. This location is so inconsistent you’re either getting hours old product or you’re waiting for it to be made with zero timeframe of when it’s done. I mean the whole purpose of the hot ‘n ready is for the pizza to be both hot, and ready, is it not?

This used to be our favorite location for good quality pizza. A year ago I gave 5 star review. Not anymore; 1 star rating now….Very disappointing experience tonight!!! Called restaurant after got home to discuss our concerns. No apology, no offer to replace food on another visit. Young man I spoke to said he was “a manager”. Asked if they were under new mgmt, or had new cooks, looking for some plausible explanation for why food quality has declined so much recently. Was told “not exactly but corporate is making it harder for us to do our jobs”. Not sure what that means….(!?!)
We Ordered a Lg Thin Crust pizza, Italian Cheese Bread and Herb crazy puffs w/sauce-Our “standard order”.
EVERYTHING was overcooked!!( see pictures)
The ICB and Puffs looked scant on cheese, and somewhat burned/overdone. The crazy puffs looked disgusting, I’m sorry to say. The thin crust pizza was overcooked and didn’t look “fresh”, although when we went to pick up the order, we had to wait on it to come out of the oven. I just didn’t get the feeling this manager really cared that our order was less than Little Ceasar’s quality standards.

Ordered online, attempted to call store to add a topping to my pizza as there was no option to do this online. Drive to store while still on hold for the gentleman working to refuse to add the extra topping. Claiming he would “be fired”. Makes no sense why I couldn’t pay an extra fee for an additional topping. I cancelled my order & went to howies instead where I can add whatever I want to what I’m spending my money on. Never again will I order from this location.

I was so disappointed when i walked in there. This is normally my go to store, though I haven’t been in some time. The place was FILTHY! Glass doors that hold the pizzas we’re disgusting. Waited for 45 minutes for my food, which was no biggie since they seemed overwhelmed. Got home with the food and wow..so disappointed. There were 4 small breadsticks in my bag and my pizza was literally thrown together. My crazy puffs were burnt and falling apart. This is so unlike this location so i hope they were just having a bad day

Im done with little ceasers, whoever was working last night after 6pm should loose their job. Got a large pep and bread and woke up at 2am sick as hell… my kid is sick. Im never coming back again, 2nd time I’ve had food poisoning and there won’t be a 3rd.

Currently 8 people in the lobby. No one came up here for 5 minutes. When they did, they started arguing. Ordered pizza 40 minutes ago for pickup in 25 minutes, they haven’t started cooking it yet. I have not seen them actually give anyone food in quite some time. Spend an extra dollar and go to Hungry Howie’s next door.

Placed an order via the app. App said about 30 minutes. Ok. 40 minutes comes and goes and its still not even listed as in the oven. Finally at 45 minutes since ordering its listed as in oven so I drove to the store and waited outside in my car. This was a prepaid order for 1 pizza! I waited in the car for an additional 10 or so minutes and the app said it was ready but couldn’t be placed in the pizza portal. So I go in and guess what its not ready. So we are at an hour…. where’s the pizza? The one pizza? Meanwhile I watched them box up a ton of other pizzas. Dont tell me my foods ready and then make me wait longer. Do better!

Communication was nonexistent (no “I’ll be right with you” or “Your order is still in the oven”), not even an acknowledgment when I walked through the door (nor acknowledgement of other customers). Even though an employee peaked around the corner and made eye contact, he then proceeded to ignore all patrons in the lobby. I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes on an order after the Tracker said it was “Ready for Pickup,” and the staff had no clue as to when it would be ready (or even if it had been started). I can appreciate delays if you’re short-staffed, but I don’t see how or why this should hinder communication with your customers.

Pizza Pizza . Googlers another awesome experience at a different location for Little Ceasars Pizza . This place was hoppin’!! People packed in like sardines for that special offer on HOT N READYs . Believe it or not (T.V. show) the place had air conditioning. Felt great after being out in the hot aliment of outside during springtime. SUMMER ☀️ already!!! To hot 2 cook . Thanks ✝️ everyone. I also bought a Pretzel Pizza . Delicious . A nice gentleman driving for door dash offered my puppy some water after being turned down inside. They were out of drinks too! God bless ❤️ to our friendly stranger.
