Nice Staff of this Dunkin’ / Baskin Robbins combo. Mostly hard seats if you’re staying. 3 nice padded ones in the corner. Problems with equipment in the way using the washroom. Good coffee ☕ and donuts! Overall a positive experience and we will patronize this establishment again!

Stopped by Dunkin’ in Painesville for a quick coffee and breakfast run. My coffee was classic Dunkin’—smooth and familiar, a good pick‑me‑up to start the day. The menu has plenty of options with donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and espresso drinks if you want something more than just coffee. 
The experience overall was mixed. Some visits had friendly staff and correct orders, but there are a few times where service felt slow or orders weren’t quite right—so it can vary depending on timing. 
Good spot for a quick, casual Dunkin’ stop, though your experience might depend on staff and rush‑hour crowds.

This place used to do good and now they are going downhill. I used to never really had an issue with them until recently. I have been going for breakfast the last two days because this is the closest dunkin to my job however, once I got to work the first time. I realized they for got my bacon on my avocado toast. I get it some people make mistakes so the first time I let it slide because I worked in food service before and understand mistakes can happen. The second time I ordered the same thing the next day and checked this time and again the same thing happened. The workers were beyond rude, first when we got there the employer at the window had a rude look on his face and his hands were out rudely to hand him the money but didnt even tell us the total or anything as if we knew what he meant. Then I proceeded to tell him I ordered a avocado toast with bacon and theres none on my toast and he gave me a rude look with a very bad attitude “You want bacon on your toast” very rudely. I said yes this was the second time this has happened and he proceeded to take my toast back to the women making food and she also rudely go ” I didn’t hear her say bacon” but you clearly heard me if you got the avocado toast part and had this happen again. Spoke in another language as well all angry probably talking poorly about my partner and I. I paid for bacon on my toast, it is simply not hard to be nice and just add the bacon. Again I have worked in the food industry and know how to properly handle things like this, what you dont do is be rude to the customers and give them attitudes over simple fix. Safe to say I am now never returning again to this dunkin and will go to a better dunkin with nicer employees.

I waited for about 6 minutes for my coffee. It must have just been brewed because I scalded my lips, tongue, and throat trying to take a sip. The coffee must have been at least 190 degrees. I like my coffee hot, but this was so hot it wasn’t safe for immediate consumption. Be warned. Dunkin says their coffee comes out fresh brewed around 200 degrees. Their fresh brewed coffee should not be immediately consumed, but they’ll serve it to you anyway

This store likes to fill the entire cup full of ice and a few sips of coffee. I always try to ask for less ice, even when confronted they said it’s “normal” probably should stay away from the larger more expensive drinks. The pic was taken 30 minutes after purchase.

I ordered a hot latte, and there was no espresso. Which, you know, crap happens. But the person who was at the window did not utter one word to me when I pulled up. So, between not getting a really easy drink made correctly, the guy serving does as little as humanly possible, and I lost money. Every time I come here, the experience is worse and worse.

I walked into place a simple order. the individual behind the counter looked at me didn’t say anything. So I continue to wait, she then looked at me aging and said someone will be with you. I smiled. then someone came from the back of the store holding a cup to had to the customer in the drive up. the same individual from earlier walks back up to the counter and said are you ready. I was confused yet just happy someone could take this major order lol. I purchased four doughnuts two old fashion, two chocolate glazed donuts. only to discover the two old fashion doughnuts were ROCK HARD. I couldn’t return them because my time was very limiting. The product should be fresh since its 1pm Over all the level of customer service is utterly unacceptable.

Don’t pay cash here. Is it a mandatory $10 tip for each order? I paid $15 and change on a $20 bill for one drink lol. No receipt so I’m out in the gutter – if they can’t do basic math, I expect to have a better argument with a bag of oranges. 7 years ago was the last time I visited and I’m not going back, thanks for the lesson though.
