This is one SAD looking salad….seriously why would a “fresh” food establishement give their clients rotten/rottening foods. The lettuce is browning and the avocado is turning black. Such a disappointment. I won’t be able to excuse this. Second and last time here. I had an issue with quality the first visit and now months later the same issue.

My daughter took me here the other day, it was amazing. You can order items on the menu or create your own. The zip on the sign looked so good I asked for it, just the way they make it. No customizations. I was pleased. Establishment is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, no problems parking. I am looking forward to eating there in the future.

The place is great but the older gentlemen that works there skimps out on the amount. I pay for extra sides and it’s almost 15 dollars for a sandwich. It’s is absolutely ridiculous for him to mind putting the rest of it in a cup. One of the employees put an appropriate portion of vegetable in my salad that didn’t fit in the entire sandwich and the rest was supposed to be in a cup. The older gentleman which I believe is the manager was clearly annoyed with the employee. I spend good money here please stop being stingy with portions. He just never seems to be pleasant when he’s working?

I usually love this sandwich shop because the food is fresh, service is fast, and they normally get my order right. But today was a huge disappointment.
I ordered two NOLA sandwiches with light remoulade. One sandwich was skimpy—only about four shrimp and mostly lettuce. The second wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered. These sandwiches have stickers on them, so how does the wrong one end up in my bag?
To make it worse, the wrong sandwich had blue cheese, which I despise and cannot eat. That means I paid $11 for something I had to throw away, and my dinner was ruined.
This isn’t acceptable. Mistakes happen, but not paying attention to stickers and shorting ingredients shows carelessness. I didn’t get what I paid for, and I’d like my money refunded tbh.

One of my favorite places to eat in the Dallas area. The Cobb sandwich is delicious, as the bread is! My nephew and niece got the chicken tenders kids meal, which they always enjoy. I don’t know if I can say it’s healthy with that amount of dressing and bread, but I love it anyway. I think this sandwich idea is fantastic!

Great place with different options. You can order a salad, soup, or grain bowl. I ordered the Washington State Zepplin with Jalapenos, garbanzo beans, and tzatziki sauce. It was fantastic, and you can order chips, cookies, and pudding as well. I also ordered their fresh prickly pear lemonade ❤️

So, this is a little different “review” than I’m used to posting – I’m actually not a Bread Zeppelin fan, but my wife and daughter are – and I know so many others who are – so I’m posting a review and giving their positive comments. First of all, what is a Bread Zeppelin – basically, it’s a salad/sandwich chopped up and stuffed inside a sub-like loaf of bread – which is crazy that all the “good” bread has to be pulled out to put the salad/sandwich stuff in (but you can ask for your insides if you really want them). Why am I saying salad/sandwich – well, you can get each menu order as either a salad (like in a bowl) or as a sandwich – so it’s sort of both. For those who love Bread Zeppelin, it’s apparently the BEST of both worlds! Yes, I’ve tried it – just not my thing – but, I can see how people love Bread Zeppelin – so, try it for yourself and come to your own conclusion. Lots of stuff to choose from on the menu and it is definitely a little different pace than your typical burger and fries place.
