Recently ordered a custom pizza. Instead of making it they decided to give me a Hot N Ready and just add the toppings I wanted. That’s horrible service and pure laziness. Always happens when the teenagers are working. Get rid of them immediately.

I’ve always loved Little Caesars pizza, but this location is by far the best. Not only are they friendly, but they’re quick and they’re efficient. The location at Ann arbor trail and merriman is by far the worst franchise around us.

I placed an order online before this location opened for the day. The pickup time was for 11:30 am, as this is my lunch break. I fight traffic on Middlebelt Rd to go pickup my order and return to work, only to get back to work and find out the order is made completely incorrect. It was not what I ordered at all. I then called back to speak to a manager only to find out that the only way to correct their screwup is to further inconvenience me. At this time, my lunch is now over and I have not had anything to eat, because the items have pork on it and I do not eat pork. The alleged manager is refusing to refund my money and stating that I must bring it back for them to remake it. Well my lunch is over, so me bringing it back is not an option. Then I’m told I can bring it back after I get off. Do you think that’s all I have time for is to be inconvenience for something you all made incorrectly from the start. He did not offer to take my name or number so I could return at a later date to have this issue addressed. He never acknowledge that this would be an inconvenience to me to have to make two trips for something that should have been made correctly the first time. You all had one job and didn’t do that correctly, so why am I being inconvenienced for your mistake. I will not be returning to this location. I will definitely inform everyone I know not to go to this location. I will be sure to have them to inform their friends not to go to this location as well. This is unacceptable, I do not recommend this location to anyone. The pictures attached clearly show what I ordered verses what I received. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

The family has been going to this Little Caesar’s now for 5 years and it has been DELICIOUS EVERY TIME.
Whether you order over the phone or through the app, the PIZZA IS FRESH.
The Pizza Portal is safe, on point, and readily available to use. May I add that you don’t have to talk to anyone, you can come right in, scan the QR code or enter the PIN sent to you via email, grab the food you ordered and BAM!!!! Out the door you go!!!

I really like this location but the quality is so inconsistent! I ordered an Italian Cheese bread and a cheese pizza for the kids & Both were Overcooked. I always ask for double cut (smaller slices) because I have toddlers but whenever I get home, I Always have to cut the pizza myself because it’s never cut all the way through. This is the closest location to my home but there are two other locations just a bit farther, I’ll be purchasing from one of the other locations in the Future.
