l got a family meal and it didn’t feed anyone the portion was not for the price they are ripping people off the food was dry and nasty do not come here this is not good anymore it used to be. we called about a refund when the food was not even touched and they said no. this was a inconvenience of a quick and horrible dinner still had to end up buying food somewhere elses and they don’t give much food.

This used to be our go to place for Chinese. No more. Tonight we ordered the Sesame Chicken combo, steam dumplings and cream cheese wontons. What a waste of money. Chicken pieces tasted like they had been fried earlier in the day in old grease. Fried rice had silvers of park in it and 3 pieces of onion, no carrots and peas and absolutely no flavor. Dumplings were ok but dipping sauce was watery and not very flavorful. Wontons were edible once you blotted the extra grease off them. What a waste of my $33. Next time I’ll just buy frozen Chinese at Walmart.

The sesame seed chicken I ordered was under cooked. Contacted the restaurant and was told that the sesame seed chicken was a chicken thigh and that it looks dark… Sesame seed chicken is a white meat chicken! I will NEVER eat from this place again

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for yearsss but fell back after the last owners sold me food that smelled like ammonia. When I brought it to their attention, he broke it apart and told me it wasn’t bad (never mind the smell). I was beyond hurt because I spent hundreds (no exaggeration) and they couldn’t refund my money or offer to replace my order, AT THE LEAST??? I couldn’t believe it because they were always nice and friendly.
Now, I’ve been noticing that the new owners don’t give as much food, the customer service could be better and they don’t give you any utensils as a courtesy. It’s not like it’s a mistake because it happened before. We shouldn’t have to ask for it! They did ask if I needed soy, duck sauce, etc. The general tsos is filled with filler and God only knows what else. Don’t be fooled by the taste, inspect your food and take care of your body because it is your temple!!

Wow this place is amazing! I bought a pint of broccoli chicken and a general tsos combo at 9PM and this meal is fresh! Not all places are like this! Plus that flavor is 100%! Thank you so much! Chinese food is my favorite food

First time trying King House tonight. At 3:30pm I called in an order of 3 combination meals and some Crab Rangoon and had my husband pick it up at 4pm. When he got home, 2 of the 3 meals were incorrect, and either they (or my husband) did not put any utensils or sauces in our togo bag. My husband said there were about 7 people in line waiting when he was there, so we decided to enjoy what we had vs. going back for what we ordered. Honestly, although our orders were not correct, the food was VERY GOOD!! I WILL try them again and hope for the best. (This was in 2019)
Update: 2023. I have been back several times and have not had ANY problems. I usually call in a togo order and go pick it up. Their House Special Lo Mein is my absolute favorite. I order it in Quart size. I also get the Chef Special General Tso Chicken, which comes with white rice. And I add on 8 egg rolls. My husband and I share and it takes us a few meals each to finish everything. I think the price is reasonable for as many meals as it makes.($40something)
Now, excuse me while I go finish stuffing my face. (The photo is House Special Lo Mein, and 2 egg rolls in my personal bowl at home. I’ve already eaten the meats off the top.)

I should have read the reviews first before I entered the establishment. The lady at the register showed signs like she didn’t want to be there and her attitude almost unbearable. I ordered shrimp fried rice and the rice was plain and the shrimp and the six extra small just laid on top of rice and not cooked inside the rice. The wings was cut weird and not that great. If I had to tell someone about this restaurant, I would say find you another restaurant. The meal was the worse carry out I’ve ever had. Attention everyone run as fast as you can from this restaurant. I’m not from here and chose that restaurant instead of going to Hunts seafood restaurant. What a big mistake. Worse Ever!
