Today was a rough day for the family with a funeral. I’m staying nearby and went to another pub that was open late. I had one drink and the service (at the other pub) was so bad I left after paying (and tipping). I saw that Sidelines in Cartersville was open nearly as late. So I went there. When I walked in, the bartender, Lizzy, greeted me with a smile. a genuine and pleasant greating. I knew I had found the right place. I placed a drink order and it was delivered quickly. I ordered queso (fair), wings and fries which were great. A few more drinks and I ordered a brownie/ice cream desert. Lizzy was amazing. Thank you for your kindness.

Ordered a to go order online. Chicken finger dinner was fine. Pimento cheese burger was awful. Dry burger, barely any cheese on it, barely any bacon habanero jam on it. Fries were old. Wish I could get a refund.

Fantastic service, the staff were very nice and attentive! If you were ever worried about not seeing a TV you don’t have to worry here. Also, deals each day such as the house margaritas on Thursdays, which were great! My pulled pork sandwich with white cheddar macaroni was out of this world.

Ordered the Cuban sandwich and got a rock hard, burnt piece of bread, a few pieces of meat, and two slices of pickle on it. This was beyond bad. Look at the pictures and tell me you want to pay $15 for that.

January 17th around 5pm, 10 of us came in without prior notice. Without hesitation, they started finding us spot. Within minutes we were seated. The waitress, (i wish I would have gotten her name) was phenomenal. Never had an empty cup. Food came out perfect and she always had a smile. 10 out 10. Thank you for a great dinner.

After walking out of two other restaurants that reviews say they have gluten-free options online that did not have any. I was very impressed with Sidelines management and staff taking care of me. Not only did they make sure everything I ordered was gluten-free, but they went above and beyond.
From changing gloves to reading labels on ingredients and scrubbing the grill to cook the chicken strips.
I was totally impressed that this restaurant, which is not listed as having gluten-free options online, actually does.
They have sides like smashed potatoes that are real, not instant. Steamed broccoli and tacos that are corn.
I personally had grilled chicken strips, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli.
I would like to give a shout-out to Genisis who may have just started working there but did an excellent job taking care of me abd answering all my questions and making management and staff know I was allergic to gluten.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely

We have been to Sidelines several times, each time the food has been of lesser quality. Our food came out cold, tasted cheap, and was more expensive than what it was worth.
We asked to be seated in a booth, at least twice, and were put at a giant table in the middle of the restaurant.
The only bright side was our server, she was very nice and served with a smile, we appreciated that very much! Unfortunately the rest of the experience failed in comparison.
We will probably not return any time soon.

We eat here all the time. Good is always solid and the Blueberry/Apple cheesecake is to die for. Our waitress Alexis was awesome. She was perfect. Food and drinks arrived just as ordered and she was very attentive. One of the best waitresses and we’ve been going to this location for years.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. Our food was great, excellent service. Hailey was very knowledgeable about the menu. I was very impressed. The food was excellent, and I loved having my own TV in our booth. This is what a sports bar should be like. It was beautifully decorated and not over the top. Perfect atmosphere, too. If I lived closer, I would go more often. My compliments to the chef. All 3 meals were perfect. I highly recommend this place if you’re in our near Cartersville. It’s well worth the trip.
