I got trust issues with ordering pizza sometimes because items would be missing and I’d end up paying full.
I called to ask to double check the order before it goes out. Pizza came every in it.
The pizza was superb. Packaged nicely too. Keep up the good work. Will be ordering from you guys more often.

This particular Pizza hut was not like the ones Im used to. Without failure I always get the butter pan pizza so I can enjoy the buttery crust. This one was not fluffy nor buttery. It was made like a regular pizza shops crust. It wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t Pizza huts

Hi I was at the Pizza Hut in Bellevue the customer service was horrible I was told that my food would be done in a hour a hour went past the than told me it was five more minutes. Mind you I had to use the restroom which one was not available in this particular Pizza Hut once my food was ready this ignorant lady proceeded to ignore me in continued taking orders I will never go back to that Pizza Hut ever again. Not sure what her name is she was the only lady working there yesterday 11/13/25

I had ordered a pizza for delivery that already took longer than the eta (40-50 min) to even be on the way. When the driver finally got it and the tracker said it was 1 min away, it suddenly went up and eventually said 30 min away (I could tell they were sitting in the same place too). I called the store to request a refund since at this point it had been 1 hour and 1/2 since I made the order and was told (with mad attitude) that the only way to get that was if we sent the food back. They also kept telling me that the driver was in our area but I didn’t see anyone while on the call. They finally showed up about 5 minutes after hanging up and the food was cold and terrible. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese on the mobile order just to drive all the way back home to see there is cheese all over the pizza. After calling the store 4 times, no one answered and by the 4th time my call was ignored after the first ring. I try to use the customer service chat but they were unable to help me. I then placed an order for the pizza for delivery from Grubhub, but received a call from Grubhub saying the store said they didn’t have the ingredients to make my pizza, but offered to replace the ingredients? I ONLY WANTED CRUST AND SAUCE. Terrible experience and someone honestly needs fired.

We have been ordering from here for a few years now, always pick up, and they seem perpetually understaffed and stressed, though always polite and courteous regardless.
However, this last time was a bit much. You can see the prep area while in the lobby and one of the gentleman preparing pizza was sweating heavily, leaning on the prep counter with his full arm on the prep area, sweat dripping on the board as he wiped his head with his hands, while not wearing gloves, and going right back to prepping the pizza, putting it down where his sweaty arm had just been resting. Another gentleman also in the back was sniffling, wiped his nose with his hand and up his arm, also no gloves, and continued prepping food. We were a bit stunned and didn’t want to make a scene so left with $30 worth of food but never opened the bag, we tossed it and ordered from somewhere else.
If you are really craving Pizza Hut I would definitely recommend pick up if you order from here so you can see the conditions of the kitchen on that particular day, again the people here are nice and polite but whether its lax standards or a staffing issue the hygiene here seems to be far below par.

I ordered some pizza, wings , and breadsticks online for my birthday. It was a fairly large and detailed order, but they got it 100% right. When I arrived to pick it up, they were very kind and helpful. My order was ready on time, and the people were even kind enough to give me a cookie (it’s a big cookie) when they found out it was my birthday. We don’t order out often, but if I ever want Pizza Hut again, this location is where I’m ordering it. Thank you, guys, for making my birthday a bit more special!
