Nice service. It was my nearest location at the moment. The drink I bought was a Refresher Mango pineapple with green tea and it tasted like expired flavor. Won’t be there for a while but somebody need to tell the girls to be careful with that.

I stopped at this location on my visit to the University of Maryland. The shop is located in main section of the college park area. They have enough parking spots in front of the dunkin. There were probably five customers when I visited. The store is well maintained and the restrooms are clean and need code to get in. I ordered chai latte and it doesn’t taste good. The service was fast and good.

I went at 6:30 in the morning and it was still incredibly busy. The staff really were trying to do their best to keep up with all the orders. You do have to push them a little to get your order noticed, but overall a positive experience!

I ordered my usual coffee and it was undrinkable—the taste was completely off. The hash browns were also rock hard and overcooked. This was a very disappointing experience and not the level of quality I expect.

This is my regular Dunkin i always come here I am ex employee as well but recently I am having very poor experience here I asked for one thing they give me another thing. Yesterday I had Mobil order for egg and cheese sandwich but no cheese in English muffin But I got sausage, egg, and cheese? Like what is this? I ask for Carmel in my coffee I get salted Carmel like if you don’t got Carmel let me know I will ask for something else imma give it one more chance if this continues to happen I probably let the upper management know about this cause this is unacceptable they need to train the employees like how they supposed to.

Very clean, very good customer service! I go out of my way to stop here every day! The young lady Georgia has such good customer service. It is important to have good customer relations in my opinion these days. I will definitely share my opinions with family and friends.

I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location! The store was exceptionally clean from the floors to the counters, everything looked well-maintained and inviting. The staff was friendly, fast, and super helpful with my order. You can really tell they take pride in their customer service. My coffee and breakfast sandwich were fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I give up with this location. I visit here at least twice a week in the morning and there is always one young lady that is super rude and careless. I come in say good morning and she just stares at me. I ask for LESS ice and I get an entire cup of ice. I ask if the drink can be remade and you would think she is having an asthma attack. I will take my money elsewhere.

5/6 of the drinks were bad, only one of the drinks was good and when I was waiting for the worker to get my donut there were flies near and some on the donuts which was disgusting like why is there even flies near the donuts- anyways other than that the service was “ok” I guess
