Unfortunately, the drink I had on my purchase history was not made correctly this time nowhere near the taste and flavor that it was supposed to be or even color. It was a Matcha with banana syrup and cold foam for some reason. It was just an opaque yellow color. Tried calling in to get it fixed since it couldn’t be fixed there. The AI service was not able to help and prompted me to leave a voicemail not exactly the assistance I was trying to get.

Worst service! Been here 3x and I always say let me give them another try and again they disappoint! Girl snatched drink from my hand because they messed up. Then comes back with my drink to tell me”next time make sure you tell the worker to add it” I mentioned I order this same drink everyday 2x a day that all I asked was for the same drink! She then rolled her eyes and left. I definitely won’t ever come back 3rd time was a charm… I’ll stay with 7brew Paredes…

Our favorite 7Brew in South Texas is on Alton Gloor in Brownsville. And we have been to basically all of them south of San Antonio. Their swag day was so fun. Frank and Jackie make an awesome Sweet ‘n’ Salty, Marco took our order with a smile and quickly, and it shows how much they enjoy what they do and their customers.
