My sister and I love coming to this location! There is a lady who works there, named Gabby and she’s an amazing cook! She surprised my sister and I when she remembered us and our exact order from our very first visit! She definitely deserves a raise and promotion! She’s great! We brought our mother our last visit, and we are definitely coming back!

Despite contrary information online, breakfast at this Grandy’s stops being served at 10:30am. Also, if you are looking for biscuits and sausage gravy, like I was, you will be disappointed! No sausage in the watery gravy! Hash browns taste like fried catfish, since they use the same oil!

My last two encounters with this location have been horrible. Every time I order lunch they are always out of something. The first time they didn’t have chicken made for the chicken sandwich and said it would take like 6 minutes to make. Given that I already waited 10 min to order and had to get back to work, I couldn’t wait 6 minutes. The second time I ordered they didn’t have macaroni and cheese, for my order. The server started to give fries and when I told I didn’t want fries but mac and cheese, that is when she told me they didn’t have it. When I decided to cancel my order the server gave me an attitude and said “Why didn’t I tell her before that I didn’t want fries but macaroni and cheese before she made the sandwich..” I simply told her, I shouldn’t have to. You’re a restaurant and if you guys don’t have something you should communicate that to your customers before placing the order. Very poor customer service skills. Not pleasant at all. Last time I go to this location.

customer service was okay I was greeted by a lady she took my orderI had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra the total was $7.57 starting with the chicken fries steak it was okay it could have been fresher the mashed potatoes were delicious however the gravy look like coffee and cream flavorless the okra was hot and crispy just a little too well done.

I love Grandys food but be warned on this place. The food is good but the location is in the under ground shopping area and they close early. If your driving you will have to find a parking spot where you pay to park and then walk down to the restaurant.
