Ordered thru the Dominos app, Large Pepperoni Pizza, Large Spinach Artichoke pizza and 16 wings.. once delivered I received a Large cheese pizza and spinach artichoke pizza and 16 wings. Called the store bout the order, they stated there was nothing they could do, because it was thru the app! Poor customer service by Dominos and the App sucks, cause I can clearly see I ordered what I purchased, was a Large Pep, Large Spinach and 16 wings.. Dominos, do better!!

They are shrinking how much topping they give. Has anyone noticed that within the last couple of weeks you can tell they are cutting corners by not giving as much sauce, cheese, and toppings? The pizza just lost its flavor, and it’s smaller. My family still enjoyed the pizza; it’s still pizza, can’t mess that up, but it’s so disappointing because this was one of the last places that I felt was worth its value as far as restaurants go, that they didn’t cheat you by spending a lot on a lesser product, but I’m not sure if we will just start making our own pizza or just buy oven-ready pizza at Walmart.

The guys were very nice. I do not get delivery where I live. So I stopped by while I was in town. I opened the box of wings when I got home and the bread was soggy and the meat looks not right. The quality is not very good. I’ve added a picture to give more of any idea. This was not worth $17.

It’s domino’s. The food is usually what you would expect. I order the Caesar salad and usually it’s fine but this time it looks too nasty. If you work there and see that the prepackaged salad doesn’t look good – don’t use it!

I know they just opened, but whoever is running this new dominos is trash. I’ve ordered twice from the new location. The first time my pizza was burned. I used the credit from that one to order a pizza tonight. I ordered a pan pizza with onion, sausage and bacon. I got a hand tossed with onion, mushroom and olives. Thanks for another pizza credit. I wish I could use it at a different pizza place.

This goes out to domino’s as a company also this location is mediocre at best but this isnt about any location in general.Your reward system is absolutely a joke. You spend hundreds of dollars to earn points for so called “free domino’s food items later” they still charge fees and 4 dollars for a crust upgrade on a medium pizza. I also ordered some wings. Now I’m at $20 dollars. Im a nice guy so l left a 7 dollar tip also. Anyways you shouldn’t have to pay a fee and definitely should be able to pick whatever damn crust you want after all the money you spend on mediocre pizza to get those points. Also you can only use points for one item per order. Domino’s should be ashamed for being so petty and greedy to loyal customers or customers in general.dont care about anyone’s opinion either ✌️

Ordered two pizzas last night. My fiancé does not eat pork so we order very accurately to accommodate his diet. We got our pizzas and they were not right. I called the store and they could not remake them because they were closing. They issued me a refund. Today the manager gave me a call back and also put a credit to my account. I am please with the customer service they provided. I understand mistakes happen so I am very pleased with their management team reaching out to me!

Never had a problem ordering dominos in Northern Heights/shalom Mountain until they opened up this location. Now that they have 2 locations 10 minutes apart from one another we can no longer get service ??
