Visited this location today, the lady at the window was extremely rude. I started my order asking for 6 supreme tacos with no tomatoes, when checking my order. My boyfriend explained that he only had 2 tacos when he asked for 6, the lady said he wasn’t charged for them and what he wanted her to do about it, he asked to be charged for the 4 SUPREME tacos with no tomatoes, we live up north and drive across town, he was tossed the bag through the window, when we got home we had regular tacos, no sour cream and one taco was broken from the bag being handled inappropriately. We were also charged for combos on our meals, after being told that the fountains were down and were handed a capri sun for my son’s kid meal and a single water bottle. We have been extremely disappointed with KFC/Taco Bell as the last time we visited this location I ordered a chicken quesadilla and was basically handed a tortilla half assed cut. Won’t be visiting this location again.

I went today I ordered 2 K9s spice Mac and cheeses and fries with Baja blast. They confirmed the order and told me my price. I got home and found 2 classic sandwich’s med drinks no mac and cheeses. The girl at the drive through window was nice so I’ll give them that but to mess up an order that bad is genuinely ridiculous. Food still taste good I just wish they could provide what is being asked.

If I could give a zero I would, drove through the drive through ordered 2 bean burritos and was told they weren’t making burritos, ordered Mac and cheese chicken bowl, was told they are not making bowls. Ordered cinnamon twists, when I got home there were no twists. The girl at the window was extremely rude. This isn’t the first time I got home and was missing part of my order. They either have to train their workers or get a manager who cares !!!!!!

I was have lunch with my husband and was told they were out of pot pies and then they said the were out does dark meat and we would have to wait 15 minutes which was fine for the one thing that really irritated me was telling an old lady she couldn’t order at the counter cuz the register wasn’t working and she couldn’t pay cash you can only order at the kiosk and use card but the old lady only had cash so she left but not long after they helped two other people who were younger at the register and took their cash and a lot of the employees here had attitudes. I’ve lived here all my life and I’ve never seen so many rude people working here this is very disappointing I hope this gets fixed

This KFC/Taco bell just isnt up to par.
Today, 4 of the 5 items I ordered were messed up. Veggie bowls only had lettuce when I asked to hold the sour cream and beans. No guacamole or rice.. Grilled steak burritos had ground beef instead of steak and not much of it anyway was more tortillas than meat.
Another time I drove up to the drive through an hour before what was posted on Google as their closing time and was told they were already closed. All the lights and signs were on though including the open sign.

Love a KFC in America. I don’t it just seems better than in the UK. If I’m ever back in Roswell I’ll definitely be back.
