Arrived before the church lunch rush. We enjoyed a “Cowboy Chicken sandwich” & a Create Your Own. Both came hot and delicious. Rock music playing softly in the background; easy to hold a conversation. Such a lovely place to visit for a summer Sunday drive. This deserves a return visit!

This is the third Buck Snort I’ve been to. They are all awesome. Small town burger restaurant with country feel and style. The moose and mini moose burgers are delish. The egg and cheese on top of the burger and bacon are yummy. French fries are crispy and delicious. Sports on the TVs. Restrooms are clean.

The food was good. I went with the special of the day, and I think that was where I went wrong. The chicken fried steak, although good, was reminiscent of a Dairy Queen steak sandwich. On the other hand, the mashed potatoes were so good. I think I should have gone with a burger. The staff was friendly, and if I travel through there again I will definitely stop to give it another try.

The BBQ grilled chicken salad was outstanding—the chicken was perfectly cooked, warm, and packed with flavor, and the produce was fresh and crisp.
The OHS patty melt was equally impressive. The beef was flavorful and juicy, and the marble rye was perfectly toasted—truly a treat!
Shannon made our visit even more special—so friendly and welcoming, and she shared the fascinating story of how the restaurant got started. We had such a delightful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised at this small town hole in the wall restaurant. It was very nice and clean. You ordered at the bar, and that was my only complaint was that we weren’t greeted or told to sit, or order or anything, just kinda figured it out. But they have a huge selection of burgers and chicken sandwich options. Very good food and friendly service. The joint also has outdoor seating and a sand volleyball pit. Pretty cool for such a small place.

We stopped at the Buck Snort on our way home from spending the holidays with family. It was an easy 3 min. drive off the highway (if that) and totally worth it.
The service was fantastic and the staff checked on us multiple times to make sure we had what we needed. Everyone enjoyed their food too! The menu has great variety with bbq options, sandwiches, pizza, salads, and a kids menu. They also offer daily specials.
Portions were large, as well.
Our family loved it and highly recommend stopping!

Unique and tasty BBQ spot with many choices. Ordered the patty melt with a side salad and grilled pork tenderloin sandwich with a side salad. Don’t forgetto try the deep-fried bread pudding woooow.
