The atmosphere and customer service were great. we did get forgotten about for a bit, but the server recognized that and apologized and even discounted us some for the tardiness he didn’t have to but did so, but that was nice.. food here tasted fresh and great.. prices are a little high, but most places are now, and days we tried their farm raised cow burgers, which indeed tasted cleaner, and the meats were plumpy and delicious.
I had the switchback cheese burger, and my husband had the Green Chile foot stomper. Now, if you’re not a fan of spice, my husband did mention Chile wasn’t actually spicy. That was a little disappointing to him.. but who knows.. I know some spice levels are hotter than others.. and we ordered a basket of sweet potato fries perfectly cooked to share..
Great views for eating outside and also had live music as well.. so.. if you have been curious, I’d say give it a shot.. I think you would enjoy it..
Smothered burrito was very tasty.
Visited recently and was shocked to see a couple bring their dogs into the restaurant. Outdoor settings can be appropriate for pets but inside in the middle of winter? It took the place down a notch to me.
