I went there at 6:30 this morning to order a hot caramel macchiato however, after standing there for about 5 to 6 minutes, there were two barista’s or two Starbucks employees having a conversation totally ignored me never came over to the register. I thought that was extremely rude. Yes, I was wearing a law-enforcement type uniform, but I didn’t appreciate the lack of service that I did not get so I pretty much walked out if this is how this Starbucks does business I’ll never come back there. By the way this was my first time ever ordering from them and it will be my last!!

After my father passed my daughter and I decided to reunite with my mother for a cup of coffee at Starbucks. It was close to 7pm and the hispanic male taking our order was so rude. He made us feel like we weren’t welcomed. Our drinks took an awful long time to make because out of 4 ppl only 1 white male was making them. And some table were broken. Then around 7:20p it was only us 3 in the shop and they put loud music. We couldn’t even hear each other speak. Then the same hispanic male came to us at 7:43pm and polite this time said they close at 8 and that we would have to start wrapping things up. We’ve never been treated this way at any Starbucks.

Review for March 6th 2022. Starbucks Coffee located in east Palmdale California in the Vallarta Supermarket Shopping Center. Customer service is excellent here I was attended well and can read it kindly. I had a large coffee Pike and it was hot as expected. I really do appreciate customer service as well as quality products. Thank you so much for staying open during these tough times and thank you so much for the service and hot coffee I received today. They don’t know how to make the drinks. My coffee is always hot when it’s suppose to be an iced coffee. My matcha was supper foamy and then half gone. Always have issues with the coffee here they don’t taste good. I haven’t even taken a sip from my matcha and look how half way gone it is.
