The lady at the window suspiciously told me to back up when I was at the window at the drive thru , told me to wait behind the yellow pole till my foods done , was super impatient on the mic , felt hurrassed to hurry up and order , also was coughing all over my food and drinks , so I ended up just giving it to homeless , since I don’t wanna get sick .

Wow! This restaurant has recently been upgraded and looks great. The menu has lots of choices for vegetarians and the food is always hot and fresh. They gave me a senior discount reduction on my bill which I appreciated and the lady that took my order was able to make suggestions that helped me find what I wanted.

Usually I’m a patient person especially during lunch hour rush. I scheduled a mobile pickup for 11:40am (to try to beat the majority of lunch rush) and when I got there at 11:45am, I saw only 2 employees working. I was like okay fine, I’ll wait since it’s just two of them. Then my app said my order was finished at 11:51am but no one came to the counter with my food. At this point alot of customers had entered the store and all waiting in line to get their orders taken. I had to wait in line to ask where my food was and she said it was at the drive thru window and had been ready for awhile. Mind you, at this point it’s 12:05pm.
I said I specifically did an in-store pickup so I didn’t have to wait in the drive thru lane to pick it up.
She said “well, have a good day” and just gave me the bag. Get to back to my work and they didn’t even complete my order! Ughh never again.

Terrible, had cash can’t use the ordering machine, lady said her register was broken so I said I’ll leave, she asked me to wait a few moments, she took care of all the cars that drive in after I got there so 20 min later she took my order. My fault I should have left when she said wait a moment! Burrito had a teaspoon of beans in it

A consistently terrible experience. Every single time I go here they manage to get every single item wrong. It must be intentional at this point.
Chicken chalupa didn’t have a single shred of chicken, wrong and missing items, drink had nothing but ice. You ask for fire sauce you get mild.
I don’t know what their problem is or why the franchise owner seems to hate his customers but this is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to.
I recommend eating somewhere else until they decide to stop screwing over the customers.

Asked for taco salad. They no longer sell them. They served something with crunchy rice, beans, no salsa , horrible flavor. There wasn’t a tortilla to be found. Even the Pepsi drink tastes like turpentine. I couldn’t drink it. Taco Bell will no longer have my business.
