Worst customer service experience ever decided to go through the drive thru ordered a simple kids meal ketchup only and they put mustard on the screen asked them politely if they knew it was ketchup only just gave me my total and told me to drive to the next window then at the window asked again if it was ketchup only never even knowledged what I said told me to drive up and wait for fresh fries which is fine but my receipt said mustard. When she broat me my food asked why my receipt said mustard and not ketchup gave me a dirty looked and walked away checked on the burger said mustard but had ketchup on it thank God never going back to the warren one again I’ll drive to Jamestown for a Burger next time always better customer service at that location.

Extremely long wait always. Doesn’t matter if you go through the drive thru, walk in, order ahead, they are visibly busy or even when they aren’t visibly busy. My order is always wrong and the staff are extremely rude. I will never go back. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to.

The Drink machine at this location needs replaced. The root beer has been out of order for months and the regular coke has been diet coke for the last several months and the sprite tastes like carbonated water. If you’re eating here there’s really nothing good to drink it’s ridiculous. The one lady that works here is crabby and looks like she doesn’t want to be there. I get it nobody really wants to be at work but when you’re in customer service you should try to be somewhat pleasant. While I was eating in here I also heard other customers complaining so I’m not the only one unsatisfied.

I did not catch her name, but the team “lead” was horrible. (Balding old lady with black/grey hair.) Not only did it take me 20+ mins to retrieve an 8pc. nugget that she forgot to put in my drive through order, but her attitude towards customers and staff is disgusting. Blaming everyone but herself, whislt standing around doing nothing. The cooks in the back were hustling and made good food. Props to them.

Ordered on the app, waited about 10 minutes out side even though it said it was ready to give them a little more time to prepare it. Went inside to pick up and it took another 10 minutes for them to get two whoppers and 2 small onion rings together. Food was decent, just took way long than it should have to get my order.

I ordered using the app and went to the drive through, they had no record of my order so I went inside and the manager told me they didn’t have the order. She scrolled through their computer screen and said it hasn’t come through yet! I noticed a bag with my order listed on the recept and amazing there it was! Food was over cooked and served burned. Workers there in pajamas and having very inappropriate conversations loudly and talking about V.D. while my 3 young children were there. The restaurant was dirty and not very inviting. I will not go here again

Most Burger King’s across the state I’ve been to and even some in N.Y are slow. I mean waiting 15+ minutes for food and the service has been mediocre. Our local B.K is pretty good at getting you in and out in a decent amount of time. Workers are polite, helpful, and generally upbeat! I rarely get my order messed up, figure 2-3 times in 8 years! They are clean. Only downfall is that they’re not easily accessible with a wheelchair. Not much to complain about!
