I attempted to love this place, but arrived to find a messy, unmanned environment. After waiting cluelessly for some time—since we had never been there before—a waitress informed us that we would need to wait for a larger party, which might not arrive for another 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. Relying on a possibly absent group to determine whether we can dine here is utterly ridiculous. There was a clear lack of respect, and the place appeared to be a mess. It was obvious they didn’t want to work tonight and were happy to see us leave—less work for them.

Love, love, love this place. Took my son for the 1st time and he loved it, especially the fire show that our chef did especially for him. Great good, great entertainment.

Walked in waited to be seated just to have to find the waiter myself he put my name on a list and said a half hour wait. Just for 20 minutes to go by then he said the cooks said they don’t want to cook for anyone. It was 330 in the afternoon and others had to leave as well. As a customer of hibachi for over 26 years several times a year this is it for me. I ended up going to arirang hibachi on old Lincoln highway and even though their food was just ok they earned a new customer with the way I was treated there. I seen used food plates all piled up in the one room as I was leaving also maybe no one just wants to work for hibachi anymore. Time to close the doors.

Not gonna lie, it felt a little dungeon-y. But in a good way. Like it felt like the setting for some really good japanese food as well as the perfect date night setting. We went on a sunday at 6pm. We were lucky enough to get sat at our own table with our own chef . Usually parties smaller than 8 would have to share a chef. So this felt perfect for our 2 year anniversary. The wait staff was fantastic and the chef was very professional. They made us feel like we were at home. We had the Japanese fried chicken, octopus balls, steak/scallops, and salmon/shrimp. All tasted fantastic. The octopus blew me away because i didn’t know what to expect. It was probably the best taste appetizer. Don’t let the name put you off. Youll want these in your mouth, no diddy. To drink, we had the hibachi cooler and south beach. The south beach was better but both were good. Overall fantastic experience. Parking was free as they’re located in a shopping center and the location is easy to find. They have ample parking at the front and back of building. Although the back was where the actual front door is. Will definitely go again with a bigger group of friends!

I never like to complain, so it is not quite known by everyone just how picky I can be when it comes to my food. Knowing this, I have to say that I had an all around wonderful experience at Hibachi Grill. Our server/cook had the most wonderful personality, and everything was cooked right in front of us, then served. He engaged with everyone at the table, even tossing shrimp into our mouths from the grill. It was an all around pleasant experience, and I honestly recommend it to everyone.

When it has multiple groups waiting they cannot handle it at all. They are very bad at running this place, although i will give them props for the food, the food it amazing if you come here at 3pm you got food for the whole rest of the day.

Wanted my kids to enjoy a hibachi style meal and they were not disappointed. It was pretty empty inside for a Saturday lunch, but that made it better for us to enjoy. The server was friendly and entertaining.

I hate writing negative reviews but holy crap that was AWFUL. Friday night at 630 and it was EMPTY. The place was disgusting. They ran out of Lo mein noodles , the chef didn’t do any hibachi tricks, no talking… dirty..: ran out of miller lite… soda was flat…. Just so not worth the money at all- I was scared to eat here and kept asking the staff if I was going to get food poisoning- will keep you posted!

their hours say until 930 yet they constantly close early. why would you be closed at 8 two days in a row when you don’t even open until 430. this is honestly some of the worst work ethic i have seen at a place i’m not surprised they never have business because they don’t know how to run their business.
