We recently hosted my dad’s retirement party here, and it could not have been more perfect! The food was absolutely incredible — everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Annie is a master at making some fabulous drinks as well!

Greasy flavorless fried rice, super greasy also flavorless egg roll. Ive tried a few different times over the years after hearing its good. It hasnt been yet. I think chinese food in this are has gone way down hill. This place may be one of the best, but its the best of a bunch of places that are not good.

First time visiting and a friend recommended because i asked “what’s the best chinese/japanese place ” food being cooked was quick..i was told about 40 mins for what i ordered and i didn’t feel like i was waiting a long time. I sat down for a few minutes then stepped out to get my phone out the car and by the time i came back in nice lady already had my food ready to give. One thing for sure though…I don’t know the sauce name but looks like duck sauce but wasn’t the same color, sooo good!!!

We recently dined at Mandarin Wilbraham and we had a positive experience. We tried the Pineapple Fried rice and the Chicken Lo Mein. The Pineapple Fried Rice was particularly flavorful, with curry taste .The Chicken Lo Mein was cooked perfectly, We enjoyed dining there. The service was good. Our waiter/waitress were attentive and friendly.The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance. It’s a great place for dinner. Overall, I would recommend Chinese & Japanese Cuisine in Wilbraham, MA

Food is decent at here, like a lot of other places it’s just the day you order or dine in. The issue is the lack of customer service. You can tell it’s a younger person answering the phones, on one occasion I was placed on hold then hung up on me this happened three times back to back, and she had an attitude picking up the phone. More recently I called and I want to say the same person answered again with attitude and was rushing me the phone as if I’m not still ordering food. JUST RUDE

The food is good quality, fresh, and well priced. 5 stars for that and the bartender and sushi chef. The waitress did not provide great service. I would advise paying in cash as she walked around to another table to take orders with my card in her hand and left my card unattended in the card reading machine (which is in the open near tables) while attending to another table. It was not crowded, there were only 2 or 3 other tables when we were there, so I do not see the need to be careless with someones card to rush to other tables.
