If I could leave ZERO, I would. I went to get a choose 2. First, my pork nachos were cold, had BARELY ANY toppings, no rotel, no sauce on top of the nachos. So I had to go back. They fixed it (besides it still being cold). Mind you, I am now 20 minutes away from my work, when I thought it would be 5 minutes. So then I go to eat my sandwich, expect it to be in the best shape, and there’s a HAIR on my bacon. This is absolutely gross. I already don’t like the Flowood one because a roach crawled out from under my table and workers stood there and LAUGHED. And Madison is just as bad, but different scenario.

Just ate here and while I always enjoy a McAlisters and think Madison, Ms is such a pretty place to stop… this experience is not one I’d use that description for.
First you walk in to this nice restaurant and I used the restroom…. absolutely disgusting and clearly not maintained.
Next, we placed our order just at $50. We went to find a seat, EVER SINGLE cleared off table was DIRTY. So I asked for one to be cleaned, and the young man came to but only wiped half the table. So cleanliness is not a priority for what you can see here unfortunately.
Lastly, our 3 meals come out pretty quickly. All had bacon.. and this is where the last “ick” set in. It was hard like tree bark, and my daughter said he’s tasted funny, so we peel our sandwiches apart and these pieces are coated in layers of grease. Thick hard cold bacon and bacon grease. The bread seemed stale and it looked like the manager was making the sandwiches so concerning. This isn’t a cheap place to eat, to pay that much for the quality of meals we recieved was disappointing to say the least. The tea, mac n chz, and chips were good.

Today was the 15th Birthday of McAlister and the service was amazing and accommodating. From the manager to the staff (Jaylen), everyone was professional. The presentation of the club sandwich was well put together especially on a day in which everyone is ordering the same thing. The quality of the food and staff remained top notch

My wife wanted a salad last night and said let’s try McAlister’s although we haven’t been in a long time but she wanted to try them out. So I went and ordered takeout and got her a Chopped Salad with Ranch dressing. I decided to get their 2 for &10.49 deal and got 1/2 club on wheat and 1/2 Savannah Chopped salad with Sherry Shallot dressing. Of course I just took the bag and looked that there were 3 items but didn’t open them up until I got home. I should have looked to see they left the dressings out. However I found both my sandwich and salad to be tasty but made due with some dressing I had at home so cannot say how the Sherry Sahllot dressing tastes. My didn’t like her salad as much due to just floppy greens – not much romaine and what was there was either wilted or that spring mix with no crunch.

I order online a chicken salad sandwich chips no drink. I added tip never again. The guy took my my name and it wasn’t ready. I stood till I was the only one standing there and asked did yall forget me. The guy I thought was watching for my order asked my name. Looked again it had gotten covered up and handed me a small bag. I was disappointed and felt like this is what I waited on and tip for poor service on top of the mess. I’m adding picture of how my sack looks from inside. Really makes you feel yuck.

Expensive. Price are not worth the food. I paid $3.39 for dead sprite. Staff was nice and attentive even after I told them both fountains had dead sprite they said they’d check on it. Soup is reasonably price but it’s ridiculous to charge $3.39 for drinks. I’ll bring my own from now on

I would not recommend stopping here and I wish I had seen other reviews before stopping. During our visit, the dining area was noticeably unclean, and there did not appear to be adequate supervision or management present. Only two employees were working in the kitchen, and they seemed more focused on talking than preparing food efficiently—one was on her personal cell phone while prepping food. The front-of-house staff (several younger employees) were not attending to basic tasks such as refilling the tea/lemonade , wiping down tables, or assisting with service, allowing food to sit on the shelf while customers are waiting over 30 minutes to eat.
Overall, this location would benefit greatly from stronger management, improved training, and better oversight to provide a more organized and customer-focused experience. Several patrons came to the front asking for refunds during our short visit, but the shortcomings were not for a lack of employees, but a lack of training and oversight.
The food was mostly good and the staff was mostly friendly—they just need some help.

The last 2 times I have been there, the beverage counter was sticky and dirty. last time on the counter on side of the beverage dispenser there were roach droppings and a dead bug. There wasn’t anyone cleaning the counter.

Placed order for a spud, then a broccoli and cheese soup and half blt sandwich. Seems simple, however after waiting for 31 minutes I asked how much longer because we are traveling home. The lady said well, they had to cook the bacon for the BLT…. what the heck…. ok, 10 minutes later we get our food came out, when she put it on the table the potato wasn’t even hot, and the bacon was only half cooked. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do. I just know to never come back while traveling through!! Have a greY day

I would strongly recommend reconsidering before placing a catering order with this business. I recently attempted to place a medium-to-large order for my workplace and encountered a series of frustrating issues.
After my initial call, I was told they needed a card on file to process the order. Since I didn’t have my card information at the time, I said I would call back. I then tried to call back five separate times to provide my card details, but no one answered the phone. Out of concern for the order, I called again. Someone finally answered and confirmed my order, assuring me it would be ready the next day and even repeating my name back to me.
However, when I arrived to pick up the order, my name and order were nowhere in their system. The staff seemed completely unaware of my request and made me feel as though I was mistaken, prompting me to double-check that I had called the correct location. I asked them to check their phone records to confirm my calls, but they ignored my request and simply apologized for the inconvenience.
Fortunately, this order was only for a group of under 15 people. I can’t imagine the chaos if it had been for a larger event. A simple apology does not make up for such a significant oversight, especially when my responsibility was to ensure food was provided for my company. Their responsibility is to answer the phone, take orders, and deliver on their promises to customers—something they failed to do.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location. Thankfully, Chick-fil-A was able to step in at the last minute and save our meeting.
