We arrived at an empty dining area. There were 6 on staff. 1 female + 5 males. The female assisted us signaled for the guy (Nico?) to assist us. He ignored her and proceeded to work in catering order instead.
If this is an acceptable customer service attitude then you know how it’ll go here as far as customer service goes.

I had an amazing experience at the new Chipotle near my house! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect.
The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ingredients were top quality, and you can really tell the team takes pride in what they serve.
It’s so nice to have a place nearby that not only serves great food but also makes you feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

I am a Chipotle lover and so I eat at as many of the locations around Tampa as I can. This location is ok. Its new and so I think they could do better as far as service. The last time I came here, they were giving out very small portions and I had to constantly ask for another scoop. But the bowl overall tasted good once it was completed and the customer service was tolerable.

So I ordered a salad for delivery and it says on the tin that there’s lettuce in it. I mean duh it’s a salad right? THINK AGAIN they forgot to put the salad IN THE SALAD. I just got a bowl of watery meat and beans, no lettuce. How do you mess up a salad? Come on guys. Do better. Also this was my first time ever having chipotle… Never again after this mess like seriously?

We love Chipotle, and were excited that this one was opening close to our school. However, it’s the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. The employees are not rude, but also not kind. In fact, usually there are almost no words spoken. They just look at me when I walk up and I order, and then when I get to the register again nothing. (When someone is even ready to take my order or payment which I usually have to wait for both.) I have also been there quite a few times when they don’t have steak. It’s almost like they just don’t cook it? We have completely quit doing online orders for this location as they’re wrong more than they’re right. I’m hoping this location gets better as it’s so convenient, but some staffing changes will need to be made firs.

For starters the young lady who worked @7:41 Wednesday 11/26. Very rude & very disrespectful. She misunderstood my request for red salsa and proceeded to argue about what I wanted on my burrito. After the situation was resolved, she continued to handle my food in a very disrespectful manor. Also the steak was very undercooked for my liking, especially when made by such immature employees.

I had some how ordered my lunch at the wrong location, the app wasn’t helpful of canceling that order so I could order here as I was on my lunch break and needed to get back. Justin was absolutely amazing in trying to help me with the app then when it still wasn’t working he made my order for free so I didn’t have to buy 2 lunches. He was genuine and kind, even tho this was a mistake on my end. Him and his teams kindness turned my day around! So thank you Justin!

Don’t even bother going to the one up the street on Walnut and Dale Mabry because nine out of 10 times your order will be wrong there! This is the best location in the area! Today, my chipotle order was the best tasting order I’ve ever had from chipotle anywhere!

Showed up to pick up my order in the drive thru and they said someone else picked it up inside. Then the guy was super dismissive and wanted me to prove I didn’t have someone else pick it up then closed the window and said “he had to get back to doing his job”. The lady working there was super helpful though and remade the order. I have gone here a lot since they opened, but I don’t think I will be going back.
