I really wanted to enjoy this location because I’ve always had consistently great experiences at Chipotle, and it’s rare for me to rate any of their spots below four stars. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t meet expectations.
I stopped in close to closing time (which may have been where I messed up ♂️), but there were still about 30 minutes left before closing. That said, the store literally looked like it was already closed or just about to close. Several of the meats, including my steak, were sitting out on the counter and felt cool to the touch by the time I got my bowl. They were also out of cheese, which was disappointing. Some of the rice seemed undercooked or possibly overdone in spots, with hard, crunchy grains mixed in. I asked for lemon juice or lemons and was told they don’t carry any, which honestly caught me off guard… especially considering the lemon juice used for pico
I’m sharing this feedback because I know the brand usually delivers a much better experience. I still think highly of Chipotle overall, but this particular location didn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect. I hope improvements are made, because I’d love to see this spot live up to the brand’s standard. I truly hope things improve, because this visit didn’t just miss the mark..it completely changed my willingness to give this location another chance.

We ordered on the app to pick up at window. We ordered the Beef Barbacoa bowl with 2 sides. Guacamole and Mild Tomato.
We liked the taste and the amount of food we received. We did not like the amount of fat that was in our bowl. Please see the fat at the bottom of the plate in the attached photo.

Horrible customer service. My app said I have a free chips available. Then when I go to check out it said I didn’t meat the qualifications for that item. Ok, no problem. I go to the window and ask to buy a small bag of chips he said I have to come inside. Or if I wanted the free chips on my app I had to pay $5 again after I just paid for my meal.
He could have just given me a kids chips like I wanted or rang me up for a full bag but just looked at me. In the picture is my food.
So, on top of trash service, expect trash food with terrible portion sizes.

Great food, they made it fast, but the asked us to eat outside an hour before closing, AFTER we ordered our food, so one of their employees could get off early. If your restaurant says it closes at 10:00, then I would expect to be able to eat inside until 10:00. Not a very professional environment.

No fajita veggies, no corn salsa, no pico, no chips. I asked why and given lame excuse that they didn’t forecast correctly I said ok, then since you don’t have all of those items that would come with my bowl, can I get no charge for the quad. She said no we are still charging. I said you don’t think it’s fair to offset those missing items. She said no, I don’t see how that’s our fault. Just a real wow moment there. Couldn’t make it more obvious you don’t care about your customers. She then proceeds to underfill everything. Own your errors guys and care about your customers. That’s not asking too much.

Do NOT order food to-go. They will be beyond stingy with everything! Check the bag for napkins & forks before you drive away too.
When we eat inside, they are nice & portions are good. It’s only the to-go’s that are bad.
Store is not very clean & they blare their own music. So it’s not super enjoyable to eat in there.

We came in around 7:30 there was no more chicken and they said they’re not going to make anymore. Then I got a side of chips the girl with the red hair said we don’t have anymore… and then proceeded to give the person next to us a bag of chips whenever they asked for it and they didn’t place a mobile order or anything she just didn’t want to give us the chips.

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The employee, Lorena, was not welcoming and came across as unfriendly. When I requested double chicken, she gave me a very small portion, which was frustrating since I was charged extra. Additionally, when I asked for a lid for my bowl, she acted as though I was asking for too much. This type of service is not what I expect from Chipotle and left me with a negative experience.

Well Chipotle u let us down again. We have not been to a Chipotle in year due to bacteria outbreak public getting sick. Are experience was place dirty not on table clean , clean off are own table. Woman taking orders had zero interest in being at work. It wasn’t 2hrs after getting home we both was fighting for the bathroom throwing up terribly. So needless to say we will never step foot in a Chipotle again!! I really feel sorry for owner of Chipotle chain because kids working for u don’t care and obviously under trained which leads to destroying the Chipotle brand.
