The young lady played like she was giving me coffee from the Fresh brewed pot, but she decided to go into the drive-thru and give me a cup of coffee. She tried Me by playing like she was giving me a fresh cup of coffee and I’m looking at her looking at me seeing if I noticed. The manager or older lady came over and disputed about giving me a fresh cup of coffee that was about to be brewed. This issue could have been resolved by not going back and forth with me as a customer. The older woman should know better! Had I been any other person they would not have taken me through that but not a problem or lip service. I guess they feel we one of the same so they can do you how they want to do, but no ma’am! They have no professionalism or class about themselves. I would not return to this Dunkin’ donuts ever! Owner and management need to get it together at this location!

This location does not deserve a one-star rating overall, but our recent experience was disappointing. My mom and I came in one morning for breakfast and were helped by an older employee named Cynthia. Unfortunately, her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming.

When my mom asked how much the bagels cost, Cynthia responded, “Isn’t it on the menu?” Whether the price was listed or not, that was not an appropriate or respectful way to assist a customer. My mom is an older woman with limited vision, and speaking to her that way was unnecessary and disrespectful.

Customer service should be about patience and kindness, especially toward customers who may need a little extra help. Dunkin’ Donuts was much more pleasant when Cynthia was not working. Since her return, the service has noticeably declined, and because of this experience, I don’t see myself continuing to come to this location.

This location does not deserve a one-star rating overall, but the service here has become consistently disappointing.

My mom and I came in one morning for breakfast and were helped by Cynthia, who is a manager. When my mom asked how much the bagels cost, Cynthia replied, “Isn’t it on the menu?” That response was rude and unnecessary especially since my mom is an older woman with limited vision. It was very concerning to receive that kind of attitude from management.

On top of that, the service here is almost always bad, and the food often tastes like dishwater, as if the machines are not being properly cleaned. This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time visit.

This Dunkin’ used to be much better before Cynthia returned. Since then, both the service and food quality have gone downhill, and I won’t be continuing to come to this location.

I dislike giving bad reviews as I try to see the best in everything however I am leaving one today regarding a recurring issue with this particular location on West Colonial Drive and to address the unprofessional conduct of the morning manager, Cynthia.
On my past five visits, the staff has consistently failed to correctly prepare my mobile orders. The most common error involves my decaf coffee with oat milk, which I have received as a watered-down black coffee on multiple occasions.
During my most recent visit, when my order was incorrect, I politely brought the issue to the attention of the drive-thru attendant. The manager, Cynthia, then intervened.
• She approached the situation in a rude and dismissive manner.
• She repeatedly interrupted me, preventing me from explaining the situation.
• She incorrectly claimed my order was placed incorrectly, even when I offered to show her the details on my app.
• Her response to the complaint was a second poorly prepared coffee, and she attempted to rush me through the drive-thru without resolving the issue properly.
This pattern of service failure and a manager’s hostile response to a polite customer complaint is unacceptable. This individual requires retraining in customer service and conflict resolution. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend anyone to this location due to her horrible service. .

my car was damaged in the parking lot of the dunkin donuts , I pulled into the parking space and a large nail protruding through the parking spot pulled the bumper off of my car, The manager said it would be no problem to have my car repaired if they saw on camera what happen and the problem in the parking lot would be fixed the same day. well they fixed the parking space but not my car, same old excuse someone will get back to me and they never do. I called corporate number same thing some one will get back to me in two business days the report is being esculated to the franchise owner and they will handle it. I even had and estimate written up still no word. my question is “how long should i wait before I seek legal action.”

Constant expired drinks check your labels! I’ve had it with the lack of quality control here. This is the third or fourth time I have been sold expired bottled drinks. I have complained before, but clearly, nothing has changed. Today, I received a 20 oz Diet Pepsi dated September 25, 2025. It is now January 2026! We work hard for our money and shouldn’t have to play ‘check the date’ every time we want a drink. It’s lazy and disrespectful to customers. DO BETTER.

I tried to place my my order inside and did not get acknowledged after 5 minutes I give up ( I was the only customer at the counter) I placed a mobile order received my order wrong I tell management and they have a rude attitude if management is acting up I WILL NOT BE BACK another occasion I went through the drive through and tell them I have a mobile order I want one sandwich toasted dark i tell them because there is no option on the app they toast the wrong one dark and then yell at me and tell me I need to put toasted dark in the app the same manager no apologies nothing I don’t feel like a valued customer I feel like a burden and for that I will be going to Starbucks they value me and make me feel welcomed
