Wow! The service was terrible and food not much better. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos – PLAIN through the drive-thru. Was repeated back as PLAIN and a med pepsi and large pepsi zero. Paid and picked up and asked the server – “sandwiches are plain?” and she answered “yes”. When handed the drinks we asked to make sure which is which and she said she “didn’t know, I was confused”. Due to their inconvenient drive-thru lane and traffic we left but looked immediately and found both sandwiches with lots of mayo and pickles. Made our way back and went in to get the correct order. Not a single “sorry” or apologize. Didn’t say anything. Threw the sandwiches in the trash. Made 2 new sandwiches and returned the cold french fries in the same bag and new sandwiches in a new bag. Sandwiches were terrible along with the cold fries. 40 minutes later we were back on the road to Nebraska Will not visit this location again when we travel.

Very clean when we went there. All the tables were wiped down and the condiment area was clean. I got tenders which were tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. My husband got a sandwich for a pretty good deal. Nicely kept but don’t get the tenders. Too small and too expensive.

Takes forever to get your food. This place is filthy. I don’t think it’s ever been properly cleaned. I just hope the kitchen is not like the rest. Bathroom is yuck. No ordering staff. Looks like they need help here. Too bad, cuz I’d guess you can make plenty of money on KFC in a place like SF. The franchise should be checking in here. It gives them a bad name.

I purchased a chicken sandwich and french fries. I ordered the sandwich w/mayo. I received my sandwich with mayo and “Cold and limp” fries
I contacted KFC on that day and spoke to someone out of this country . The lady said someone would be contacting me from KFC. Thank God I wasn’t planning on going out of the country. Because NO ONE made any attempt to contact me. I feel that they have the WORST customer service of any restaurant in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They are located just north of 41st Street on Louise Avenue. The food was atrocious!! I would not recommend them to anyone that I like. Thank you, John Mataya

Walked into KFC on Louise Ave Sioux Falls SD at 8 pm worker shouted who unlocked the door then told us to leave. Sign on the door stated open till 9pm. Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional.

we came in and noticed the buffet was shut down because lunch was over and the gentleman behind the counter suggested meals for us which were great and even offered a free cookie to our 2 year old which was a nice touch. Excellent food great service.

So I ordered Nashville hot which is supposed to come with fries, I did get an extra fry that I paid for but didn’t get another fry. The workers while going through the drive through were no help and got mad at me for asking for honey… I know that they decided that they would just not give me the fries but it’s whatever hope I can get a cuepon or something to get a free fry seeing how I paid for it and didn’t even get it… I know that if I was a brand new customer I wouldn’t come back but I like kfc.

I had a very interesting experience today. My dad gave me a coupon for buy one get one free kids meal. I show up at 1:00 and ask for two tenders two mac and cheese and two milks. I also asked for ketchup on the side. They didn’t give me ketchup, they didn’t give me napkins and they didn’t give me any silverware to eat the mac and cheese. I called back and tell them what happened and the person who was at the register and who took care of my order took the call and hung up on me. I called back right away and I said the call failed or you hung up on me and she says I thought that’s all you had to say. Literally just hung up on me didn’t say anything didn’t say sorry didn’t offer any solution. I can’t eat the mac and cheese and it’s probably going to get cold by the time I get to any silverware. Sitting there saying that they don’t want to be rude and that I’m asking for free stuff when I didn’t ask for anything. I will not be returning to this piece of crap store for any personal needs. In this economy it’s too much to ask for good service while also getting a deal and this is a clear example. Just straight refusing service. I’m going to assume that this was just targeted harassment towards me due to the fact that there wasn’t one customer in your store or parking lot or drive thru. And the energy when I called… You were talking out your neck fr when I called back after you hung up on me. Visit date 08/21/2025 1:00PM-1:15PM.

Horrible customer service staff was so rude ! Had to wait 15 minutes for food got home to only find out food was literally garbage. Things are so expensive these days and when you treat yourself to a take out dinner and get garbage food it is very frustrating take pride in serving the guest who have chosen to spend there hard working money on your reasuant !!

Lots of space between tables. Well stocked serving area for condiments , plastic warehouse, napkins, and straws. Would prefer Coke products but their unsweetened ice tea was good. Had never had their KFC dipping sauce for chicken nuggets — was good. Sometimes fast food restaurants put the drive thru orders ahead of the customer who comes into the store to dine but this was not the situation at KFC. Took my order right away. No waiting. Their bathroom was pretty clean for it being open for the public. Will go back again.
