We used to think they had the best pizza. We drove 50 minutes out there last Wednesday the 4th got our usual and it tasted different. The worse part was the 2 of us getting sick to our stomachs. We called a few hours later and a female named Casey couldn’t have cared less.

Ordered take out. Worst pizza I have ever had. Pizza was cold and the dough tasted stale. We picked up the items when they said they would be ready. Had to wait for something’s to cool which was fine. The pasta and other entrees were hot but the pizza ice cold.

Literally every time we order food they either mess up our order by ignoring allergens, mix up items from different orders, or let someone else take our order without confirming the person took the correct pickup. I’m concerned about the state of their staff- are they just chronically understaffed or never train anyone how to separate orders and double check who’s picking up food?

We decided to do takeout as the restaurant tables were full. Ordered a turkey wrap with french fries and coldcut grinder.
When opening the container at home, The french fries were plentiful but not edible. They were old, soggy and overcooked…like they had been cooked awhile ago. It seemed to me with the restaurant being so busy, the fries would have been fresh. Very disappointed !

The salad was brown couldn’t eat it the chicken was overcooked and there was no sauce at all barely anyways on the spaghetti worst meal I’ve ever gotten there

The food was ok, my son’s meatball sub was delicious, I got a pepperoni and bacon calzone that wasn’t great, I didn’t realize that they put ricotta cheese in their calzones and I could have done without that.
