The place has a cozy atmosphere. We came here with friends to relax and never regretted it. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed sitting by the fireplace. The restaurant was recently renovated and looks absolutely fantastic. There are TVs from all angles, so you can watch sports channels and enjoy good music. We’ll definitely be back!

This time I chose the hamburger with crispy fries — it arrived in just 10 minutes, even though the restaurant was packed. The patty was juicy and cooked perfectly, with flavors beautifully balanced with the onions.
The big windows and hanging lights create a warm ambiance, but the fireplace truly adds magic ✨ — it feels like stepping into a little fairytale. Next time, I’m definitely claiming a seat by the fireplace with a cup of tea ☕

I visited this place and was extremely satisfied! In addition to the main menu, chef’s specials were offered — the solyanka soup and meat pies — and they did not leave me indifferent; everything was absolutely delicious! The taste of the pastries reminded me of my grandmother’s baking , and the solyanka was simply outstanding! Excellent service, beautiful presentation, and a cozy atmosphere. I went there with my family. The food was okay. But, but the service? absolutely horrible. My waitress Danielle was where the snow tubing tickets are sold, my husband saw her when he went to grab something from the car. When she came back she absolutely reeked of cigarette. When she delivered my food, she sneezed and did not cover her mouth causing her salvia to go into my food. She took forever to even come get our drinks. We were sat and waited for 20+ minutes for her to even come over and ask what we would like to drink. Maybe because she was smoking and with the snow tubers the whole time? HORRIBLE service!

We dined here twice since we received credits for attending a timeshare seminar. Both days we were seated quickly and all of the food came out as ordered. The wings were amazing. Great taste on all the wing flavors we sampled. Wings had a nice little crispiness to them.
The Bavarian pretzel is very big and shareable. The cheese that came with the pretzel wasn’t very good and tasted cheap.
Burger was okay, nothing special. French onion soup was okay but the broth tasted watery. Mozzarella sticks were basic store bought sticks.

The Warehouse Tavern & Grill staff extended a warm welcome, although our dining experiences on two separate days varied significantly. I must commend Pooke (apologies if misspelled) for her exceptional service, deserving of a solid 5-star rating. She graciously attended to our family of two adults and a child, providing attentive care, precise orders, and valuable suggestions. The portion sizes and sauce on the first day were excellent, and we had no complaints.
On the second day, when we arrived at 7:20 pm, the manager declined to seat us, citing a system issue. Instead, the resort provided us with dining credit that would expire at 9 pm, which left us quite surprised. After initially refusing our request for a pickup order, another staff member eventually allowed it. When we were about to place the order, a gentleman informed us that the system was back online, and we were welcome to dine in. The manager seemed uncertain throughout this process, which left an awkward impression. This situation made it appear as though resort credit customers were unwelcome, despite the restaurant being 50% occupied, and logically, if the system was down, no orders should have been taken.
It is evident that the establishment may be understaffed. Even with available tables, the manager informed every family of a 20 to 25-minute wait. If they do not wish to accommodate resort customers with credit, it would be better to address this at the management level rather than treating customers in this manner. This single-star deduction is solely due to this experience.
Aside from this managerial issue on the second day, everything else, including the food and service, was commendable with no complaints. The restaurant offers ample free parking for cars, and there is also a shuttle service available for resort guests, although shuttle timings may need verification. Additionally, the restaurant provides Wi-Fi for resort guests.
