Manager has obviously language barrier and likes to talk over customers. Also he argues with his workers like a child throwing a fit. Somebody give this man a map or Fort Smith so he can understand directions better. Maybe send him back to school as well to learn how to speak and interact with the public.

I’ve had a good experience and a bad experience with this place. The good experience went as planned with contactless pick up. The bad experience was horrible. I ordered contactless again and watched it come my direction and I sat in the kitchen next to the front door. Saw that they drove on our street but were further down the street. Never saw them drive past our house and then looked down and saw them going down a road the opposite direction and hopped back on the interstate and it said my order was delivered. I looked outside and even behind my cars and the side walk. No pizza to be found. I called up and they said they would have it remade and delivered. Okay that’s fine. They finally show up and drop off the pizza. The thin sliced pizza is shuffled all over like they were in a hurry and the pizza and everything else was cold at this point. It took little time for it to get here and I’m assuming they just grabbed it off of the porch of the previous house it was placed at or gave us old pizza at the dominos location. I got plenty of other options to go enjoy pizza and honestly better tasting than what I just ate. Go somewhere else and save your money.

The 2 thin pizzas we ordered were VERY HARD! Not “crispy” but hard to chew to the point that we ended up throwing it out. We ordered 2 and both were terrible. Wasted over $40, thats very disappointing. Usually our experience with dominos is a pretty good one. Not this time, not sure I’ll be going back to this location. And if I do, it’ll be a very long time from now.

Went to pick up an order. People were pretty friendly and my order was ready as the domino tracker said. I ordered extra sauce and boy did I ever get extra sauce. My only complain was the middle of my bread bowl was a bit cool. I didn’t expect lava but I did want hot food.

Asked about the 9.99 pizza and was told no they don’t honor them even on app. Due to no drivers. Was hung up before I was finished ordering. A 13.99 pizza costs me 25 dollars. I live 10 minutes away.
