As a person who is on the go constantly – drive thru seems amazing but microphone to order doesn’t work, and they do seem under staff to have drive thru orders and walk ins at the same time. If you are aiming for a quick stop, don’t stop here. It took me 30min to get my order. (The young lady was very nice and helpful thou – that’s why the 3 stars)

Stopped by the Subway in Fowl Furious, Texas, and was helped by Jolie. Even though it was only her second day, she was extremely charming, personable, and professional. She made my order perfectly and carried herself with confidence and a great attitude. Excellent customer service—Subway is lucky to have her!

Have eaten here a number of times and both the food and the service have always been good. My visits have always been inside, never through the drive thru.
They have a spacious and pleasant dining area which makes this Subway in Falfurrias a convenient break on a trip from the valley north or the other way.
It is especially easy to exit the freeway and get right back on.

Lack of customer service and staff extremely slow while other staff engaging in a conversation not relating to orders. This caused the wait time to be poor. Supervisor needs to have a meeting to address these issues.

Horrible service took 45 minutes in drive thru and i have a long way to go to louisiana they never came to the window and one cashier took forver talking to a customer in front of me for no reason like there just there gossiping they lost alot of my trip time !!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

I love subway but this 1 is absolutely worthless. The drivethru has never worked, they’ve hired the most slowest people on earth & their never there to help make your order. Their either conversing in the back or get annoyed that customers are there waiting in the front to get there orders made. I hate coming here but it’s falfurrias and theirs not really alot to choose from. However I hope someone important sees this and makes SOME kinda change.

What’s going on with management!!! Why are the attendants so rude. They only had 2 types of bread and no soups. This place use to be packed all the time. People loved going to Subway. I’m not sure who the owners are but they seriously need to hire better management if they want more people to go. Come on people great your customers and make it seem like you actually like your job. If you don’t want to work there then quit! There’s plenty of people in Brooks County in need of a job.

Terrible. Sitting at drive thru first at speaker for 5 minutes then drove to window. 3 ladies working, 1 working with customer, 1 on cell phone, and the other just looking at us through window. Need customer service training and/or basic working skills.
