Clean and relatively up to date, this Mickey D’s is nothing special. While the parking lot is small there is usually abundant spaces if you want to venture inside. They have the fancy automatic order device so you can avoid the human contact so many find uncomfortable.
The menu is typical. Somewhat higher prices than the mainland, but hey… I don’t think they have Spam on the menu once you leave Hawaii. Get here early if that’s your desire. Spam is on the breakfast platter.
What else can I say? Oh, air conditioning and rest rooms with soap. What else could you ask as for during your Lahaina adventure?
Why not 5-stars? It’s McDonald’s. You can and should do better.

I know I have been here so many times and I really didn’t want to take my time taking pictures of McDonald’s in old lahaina center. Come check it out they have excellent customer services.

Just what you’d expect from most locations. Although several items were out of stock like pineapple pie, taro pie and egg whites. That being said, they were unloading a delivery truck as we were eating so they might have restocked that day

Our experience of this McDonald’s with less than satisfactory. We arrived during lunch hour to find a semi truck making a delivery which kept anybody from parking in the McDonald’s parking lot. Therefore we had to park in the parking lot next door, which wasn’t too big of a deal. When we got inside you could order on the kiosk or walk up to a person and place your order. We chose to walk up to a person. She looked like she hated her job and was disgusted with us because we needed half a minute to place our order. The menu kept scrolling and showing different things so it was hard to just look at it and figure out what you wanted. I’m sure they think that’s really cool but I found it quite annoying! When we went to find a seat there were none available. Many of the seats had signs on them that said Do not sit here because the seats were broken. We finally chose to just go eat our food in the car. My suggestion is to choose a different place to eat in the area… There are plenty of other choices!

Awesome food, really nice staff and great atmosphere. I went for a take out which was quick and hassle-free. Loved the service of Macdonalds. For a quick meal it is probably the best option near a busy touristy area if you’re in a hurry.

We don’t expect much when going to fast food; nor are we hard to please… But the service here was shockingly bad. My mom from the mainland wanted to treat her grandkids to McDs and this team of workers was so awful it’s weird/ embarrassing to even type out the details.

OMG . Truly one of the worst ever McDonald’s experiences every time I go in. The rudest employees (probably because they are tired of the drunks that are daily living on the edges of the drive through exit) but on all.. they fricking suck there. Only one of the managers is worth a big raise there. The rest need to go eat ambergris. Good luck if you need to go there!!
