With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Great coffee and energy drink! We asked for surprise flavors for the energy drink, and our barista delivered (They have their own type of energy drink, no redbull or lotus fyi) It was our first time to Lincoln city, and we were striking out on all the coffee spots. This is the place to stop if you are traveling here from washington state and want your coffee a certain way.

I love the Human Bean in Lincoln city. The girl was so kind and respectful . I’ve only been one time ,we’re impressed ,latte was so good compared to other places. Kid loves caramel granite. We’d like to try some more next time. I love how consistent everyone is and always excited to serve their customers. I appreciate you guys! 🙂

First experience trying The Human Bean, and WOAH. My boyfriend and I are hooked! Vin took our order and made our drinks, the frozen hot chocolate and the caramel granita. Here it is a year later and still my favorite coffee spot in Lincoln City, breve is great and option for 32oz. 5 shot iced coffee gets me through the long drive.
Large delicious coffee and hot cocoa. Chocolate covered espresso beans as a thank you for each order. Yum. For the amount of traffic they get, they are really quick with filling orders.
