I have always loved Papa Johns Pizza and that garlic sauce. I ordered the cheddar crust pizza with just cheese and some root beer and it was sooooo good. I ordered it so many times. I hope they bring it back.

Awful. Last time it tasted like salted Ritz Cracker, sodium, salty fast food McD’s food. My husband wanted to surprise me with a pineapple & ham (30th Anniversary…don’t judge!). No legit Italian pizzeria does this so he ordered fast food Papa John’s. He got out of his 12 hr work shift to a snow dark snow storm and called to order his pizza. He spoke to a guy who took the order of plain cheese and a ham/pineapple. He drove through a snowstorm to Papa John’s on West Ridge Road in Greece. Once there he was told his order was dropped. He asked if he could just place an order then? Trying to be courteous and still end up with fast food dinner mind you. He was told “NO, WE’RE TOO BUSY.” He waited 5-10 min for someone to come back and help him but was rebuffed that you were all TOO BUSY to help a dude just standing there waiting for some crumb of a dinner. He left. Called Salvatore’s on W. Ridge Rd and Long Pond and long story short, had delicious, hot, crusty, cheesy, saucy pizza and spicy fat wings within minutes. Without attitude and arrogance and puffed out chested workers. Thank you, Salvatore’s. Next time we want pizza, we’ll stick to Italian. Rochester has one in most towns. Skip fast food ‘pizza’ and go either really cheap Dominos/Little Caesars or actually enjoy your meal and do Salvatore’s.

1st time trying Papa John’s and it’s definitely not for me. They put the cheese on top of the toppings so you can’t even take anything off if you want. I don’t like the taste, the stuffed crust was good. I also don’t understand why there menus don’t have prices on them. How is anyone supposed to know what to order if there are no prices on the paper menus ?

I called online and I ordered two one large topping pizzas what should should’ve been close to no less than $20 I go in store and they charged me $36. I called the store. The store manager was very disrespectful very rude when I had asked her she said oh I asked her how much is a cheese pizza she said all around $12 so why did I end up paying $36? This is absurd. I am calling corporate. This is my first and last time Papa John’s leave it in Kentucky. Don’t bring it to New York.

Our order, placed at 10:38 PM, was canceled by 11:35 PM. We had selected cash on delivery as our payment method. Upon inquiring about the cancellation, we were informed that DoorDash was unable to facilitate the pickup, which seems inconsistent with a cash transaction, and that all drivers had completed their shifts. The anticipated delivery window was between 11:24 PM and 11:34 Pm. We offered to collect the order ourselves, but were advised that it had already been canceled, despite our willingness to pay in cash. I note that Google indicates the store closes at 11:35 PM; a prior notification would have been appreciated.

Called in an order for pick up like 40 mins before getting off work. Showed up and was told my pizza was given away had to wait for them to make another one and still didn’t cut it right. Guy there tried to make it right but the girl had a nasty attitude and was wearing AirPods so how is she listening clearly to customers when you got an AirPod on ??

Order took longer then expected time, got the food one pizza was missing toppings and the cut was terrible not to mention the food was not hot or even a little bit warm. When I called to ask where the food was bc the app was wrong the gentlemen on the phone was short and rude and not explanatory at all. Will not be ordering from here again. Dominos is way better food and service.

I have ordered from here a few times. It is honestly a Hit or Miss. Sometimes it is amazing and other times issues/missing items. The amount of times they forgot the extra dips sauce that I ordered, I could buy a speciality pizza from them. Last ordered, missed 4 cheese cups, semi warm pizza, and the dessert was lazily done. I tried to give them the benefit but way too many issues from the location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery total came.up to.$47 and the lady told me it a ss ok for me to pay cash and they said it would take an hour to show up. I made the call at 8 pm and at 11 pm I called asking about my pizza, and they told me it was delivered. I informed them I haven’t gotten it. Eventually a door dasher shows up saying hes late and doesnt bring my pizza and only chicken wings. I told him to take those wings back and you have lost my business.

I love Papa John’s pizza. I ordered online with a great coupon. The delivery guy was great and the person I ordered from was good as well.
The one downfall was that I asked the person I ordered from to have them pull in the driveway. The driveway is on a different street than the house address. Because the house is on the corner.
I was at a neighbor’s house and could see him pull in the driveway. But apparently the delivery person did not get instructions to pull in the driveway. It just happened to work out because I went from my neighbors to my house to get money and as I did the delivery man came to the front door.
Had not the timing been perfect I would have missed this order.
So please, order takers please give the drivers specific instructions on the location.
