If your into overpriced very bland “Mexican” with roaches this is your spot. I doubt you will want that tho. Man in flip flops shorts and I believe the 1 of 2 people who work there kinda spot. Did I mention roaches fresh in the potty if I could give negative stars I would. And, it has to be bad for me to give this kind of review.

I’ve been coming here a little over 4 years with my boyfriend who’s been dining here since he was a kid. It’s always and I mean ALWAYS delicious. The service is always fast and spot on even though there’s only 1 waiter and he is always super polite. The portions are great for the price and it’s locally owned. You can tell they take pride in what they do from what they give you food and service wise. I will always come here, if not once a week then once every two weeks. A wonderful place for food, atmosphere, and service. A big plus is that they always play classic 80’s songs. <3

Love the decorations & styling of each room here. Large decorative rooms to accommodate large groups. There is no place else in Columbus decorated as beautiful as this place is for a restaurant. It has become our groups favorite place to gather for good food & fellowship.
The owners are super nice & the food is ALWAYS Excellent with many choices. I am a vegetarian and very picky about cleanliness & freshness in foods.

Eclectic, surprising, and delicious! You don’t expect to walk into a Mexican restaurant and hear old jazz standards, or see a collection of Americana memorabilia, but Tampico bay is SUCH an interesting, quirky place that we keep coming back. And the food is the best authentic Mexican we’ve found in Columbus so far! Chris is super kind and friendly and this family-owned and operated joint has lots of character and charm. Come late afternoon and beat the crowds, because the food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the selections are SO good!

We absolutely LOVE Tampico Bay. We are impressed every time we go. I plan events on the Air Force Base and they have always gone above and beyond to support the base. You can tell that the Rosales Family take pride in supporting the Military and also in the way they serve food. They take the time to get to know their customers and help in any way they can- not to mention how phenomenal the food is! If you are looking for something fast, trendy, and just want to get in and get out- this is not the place. They offer much much more- if you are looking for authentic food, people, and service where they take their time to make sure you are taken care of ♥️ You HAVE to try Tampico Bay!
