I truly believe a great cup of coffee can set the tone for your entire day. Even when coffee isn’t perfect, you drink it and move on — there are bigger things in life. But when it is made right, it makes you appreciate both the craft and the person behind the counter.
I don’t know his name, but the barista who made my undertow did an outstanding job. It was prepared with care and precision, and it showed. I enjoyed it so much that I came back a couple of hours later for another cup.
The barista at the drive-thru window was excellent as well. Great service all around. Just wanted to recognize that.

Horrible experience today, my drink was sub par and the Barista responds, oh sorry, I hope you’re day gets better, I paid almost $7 for 1 drink and they cant even make it right!!! Ill be sticking to cda location cause post falls is sub par , I asked them to line INSIDE OF CUP and top of drink with Carmel , this is what my extra $ gets me a TINY bit on top of drink ,and a poor attitude from the drive through window….

I have had a great experience at the Post Falls starbucks! I go there to study with friends and get some homework done and every time I go they are so kind. The barista I had was amazing her name is Chloe, she is so sweet and a great barista! Definitely recommend!

These guys sure know how to make you feel special! I drove up to the kiosk and was immediately greeted with a wonderful “Happy Birthday”. While I was utterly shocked that anyone knew it was my birthday, these guys went out of their way to start my day with a big smile on my face and of course a delicious cup of my favorite coffee. (I found out my sweet husband had leaked the secret but thankfully not my age ) Nice to see a big corporation still can give you that small town feel. Kudos to all the darling energetic employees who were kind enough to go out of their way this morning to wish me a happy birthday. Much appreciated!

This location is the BEST of all I’ve been to in post/CDA area. Ashely and the staff are always welcoming & friendly, the drinks are consistent and it’s always 10/10 service. Come here for your starbies needs! – from a regular who come to study weekly here ☺️
