Fast service, well made food but a little “crumby” on most of the dining tables. I opted to eat outside and enjoyed my Cupfection on the patio. Which had an excellent view!

I was in town visiting family from out of state, I ordered almost 100$ in food for my large family. In my home state, a chicken strip basket comes with fries, strips, toast, and a side of white gravy. I asked the cashier at the window very politely if this was the same here in Tennessee, and he called the manager over who said they would have to charge me extra to have gravy and toast included in my meal. I said that it was supposed to come with it and it did in my home state and the cashier said, in a very snarky and rude attitude, well “THIS IS TENNESSEE”. Google says it comes with it as the side for no extra charge. I told him to void my order and left that establishment post haste. I worked food service for many years and I know how rude customers can be, I was nothing but polite until he and his manager lied to my face and talked to me in a very condescending way (like I was the dumbest rock on the planet) for asking a question about the food I was trying to purchase. For $100 worth of food, I can’t get 8 tablespoons of gravy?! I took my happy behind right over to Taco Bell in Savannah where they were extremely polite and gave me a discount and TWICE THE AMOUNT IF FOOD. Do not recommend this establishment under its current management.

Prompt service at your table last time I went inside. I drive thru more now. Fish sandwich (cooked fresh) and onion rings my favorite.

I’ve never written a review before I feel like it’s a must! First of all Bradley took our order and brought our food to the table with a smile and a joke! He made our night. The atmosphere was wonderful with Christian music playing in the background. And the food was hot and good!

Guess they’re having staffing issues or something today. Only one employee inside. Waited for almost half an hour and was never acknowledged. Employee kept the doors locked even though it was supposed to be open. Now staffing issues aren’t the employees problem but what I do take issue with (which is why I’m leaving a bad review) is because we were not acknowledged. We waited for a long time and yet the employee chose to ignore everybody- not just me, but others as well and never once informed anybody that they weren’t open due to understaffing issues. Terrible customer service. No service or communication provided whatsoever. If there are issues, you don’t leave your customers hanging. Relay what the issue is to them. Most people will be understanding. Just ignoring everyone is horrible practice in any business. Not at all professional.

We went in a bit late, they were running through closing rituals. Never the less, they treated us very warmly and made us feel at home to stay and eat. They were even gracious about turning the soda machines back on at the end to re-fill our drinks before we left. This Dairy Queen is just the best!!!

I used to love Dairy Queen. They had the best onion rings, and the best grilled chicken sandwiches around. But this one has left me sorely disappointed. Not only do they not have their classic grilled chicken, their cheeseburgers tasted like they were a little bit of ground beef mixed into a bunch of wallpaper paste. They were not good. I actually have thrown part of my way inside of my mom. And their onion rings that used to be the best onion rings money goodbye to say the least were boarding bottom of the barrel. They were almost burnt, and nothing was seasoned. I am waiting to find out how their ice cream is. I don’t think they can mess that up. But as far as a regular meal, I won’t come here again for that. My opinion has yet to be determined about the ice cream as the Sundays are supposed to come till after I finish our meal. But I have very little hopes for them. But the service was nice and the staff was very friendly. But your food could use an overhaul.
