The Starbucks is first class. It really feels like I’m being treated with royalty. There’s a barista named Tristan who handled all of my questions and the overall attitude here is very happy. They must be doing a great job with leadership. You can tell everyone here who wants to be here and they’re all doing a great job. Definitely ask for Tristan if you can.

I live 3 minutes from this location and I go there every morning before work. I order the same drink every day, but lately, when I ask for less ice, that’s exactly how I receive my drink – with less ice, but also less of the drink itself. I know it’s only with certain employees because it doesn’t happen every time, but they should prioritize their customers. When I ask for “less ice,” I end up getting less of the drink too.

I come here pretty often to study and the service is always really good and I never have any issues with my orders. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the music is so loud. I put my headphones on and turn the volume all the way up and I can still hear the music playing over the videos I’m watching. It’s quite distracting when trying to pay attention & study. Lower the music a bit and this place would be perfect.

I will keep coming back JUST because of the friendliness of the employees I’ve encountered in the drive thru. I’ve been through four separate times and four different staff members were working the drive thru window yet every single time, they were lovely and friendly. Whether they’d make brief conversation or literally just kindly go through the usual (say hi, pay, give food, give drink, say goodbye), they’ve just had such a nice energy about them that I noticed I’d leave with a slight smile on my face or simply feeling a bit better than before I passed through.
It probably sounds silly but hey, in this world we are living in, every bit of kindness or simply positive encounters should be highlighted!
I wish I got everyone’s names. Today was Kimmy, but another time it was a young woman who’s sister goes to UF or lives in Gainesville (Go Gators) and the other two times were gentlemen.
I appreciate it, guys. I don’t even care if the coffee is good or not. I’d keep coming back just to support the team. (Tried the egg, sausage, cheddar sandwich recently and it is *chefs kiss*)

I took my pup, Gordo through the drive-thru as he did very well at his vet appointment. I had a Pumpkin Foam cold brew, and it was delicious. Gordo had his pup cup, and the barista’s were very sweet to him!

Visited this location for the first time. It’s not near me but we were on this side of town for an appointment. So glad we did! We were immediately greeted by a young lady, Elaina, while she was doing some cleaning. Wow! Then we walked in and everyone welcomed us. Wow! The reason I decided to write this review was the person who assisted us, Diego, was so so so friendly, energetic, engaging, happy, and helpful. He helped me decide what to order for my brother since I usually don’t order iced coffee. He gave me ALL the options and helped me customize it. Then he helped me decide a decaf option for me. Brown sugar oat milk Espresso Iced coffee. It was So yummy!! He also complimented my brother and tried using sign language to talk to him.
The shop was really clean and neat. Very nice for sitting to enjoy our coffee.
If I lived any closer I would make a point of returning here regularly. As it isn’t, I will definitely stop here again if we are ever in the area.

Extremely long line and wait and the staff was rude. I wouldn’t be upset because I get it was busy, but they messed up my order twice and then gave me attitude like they were doing me a favor by fixing it
