Came in today. I went in to order to avoid the long line in the drive thru. Ended up taking longer. Seems like they are prioritizing the drive thru counter than the dine in. I would say that they are consistent when it comes to the food. Service however is so so. There is no connection with the staff and you can feel the negative energy. I would recommend to always ask for your receipt. Just in case they forgot something in your order. And always double check your bag before leaving the drive thru.

This location is the most consistently correct Burger King in the area. I drive out of my way to go here specifically, and it’s yet to disappoint.
the only thing they’ve ever forgotten with my order are sauces. But all the requests for the sandwiches are honored and right every time, so I don’t mind asking again for a sauce or two.

The store was exceptionally clean for the amount of snow that was on the ground. I expect that by the evening any store will be a muddy slushy mess from people tracking mud in. The floors were sparkling & the people who work here are very personable 🙂

The last two times inside of this Burger King there was black mold on the ice and black mold surrounded the entire ice maker dispenser. Very visible and highly concerning.

It is your typical Burger King with the food being on par with any other Burger King. Service lacks etiquette and employees could be retrained on being more polite with their customers. The drive thru window could also use a cleaning around it. Overall, if your hungry and need something reasonably fast this place will do.

The food is sometimes ok, most of the time it’s all sloppy and not put together. The last time I came to this location I waited in line for over 20 minutes when it was 1 car ahead of me. I ordered and the guy was rude. I then get to the window and see all the guys working messing around and one was eating, he took a bite then started serving food while he had food in his mouth. I ordered a salad with crispy chicken and it didn’t come with a fork or the chicken. This place NEEDS some serious help with better management!

The staff is friendly and never gives you a hard time when you make special orders. The dining room is always clean, but they ignore the parking lot trash often. This is better service, food, and value over the competition across the street.

I made a mistake on the app order and chose drive through instead of eat in. I went inside and explained to the manager of my mistake and intention of eating inside. Asked if I could get my order at the counter. I was told NO. Stated that I had to go through the drive through. I told him I was not going to the drive through as I intended to eat inside! He again said I had to go to the drive through and walked away. I told him I wanted a refund if he was not going to give me my order. He said I had to call corporate for a refund and walked away again. He then called the cops. The cops came, I explained to them the above situation. They went and talked to the person, came back lest than 5 minutes later and said that they will be serving me my order! Skip this Burger King if you can.
