I went inside of this Tim Hortons with my daughter to get breakfast. The energy was super off Young lady at the counter look like she didn’t want to be there. And I look around in everyone look upset. I tried to have a joyful conversation, but she looked at me and just put her head back down so I took my daughter and left. I’ll go to a different Tim Hortons on peach street.

Food was good the service was terrible. No one greeted anyone and then after ordering ahead I waited for everyone in line to get their food. Then I was asked what I’m waiting for I say my order and then nothing. I’m at the sign that specifically says “mobile pickup” and there’s nothing there. Come to find out. They then throw it on the opposite counter and don’t call a name or anything. Here’s an idea maybe take down the sign if you’re not going to listen to it yourself. Like Jesus Christ. Oh and to top it all off THE ORDER WAS WRONG I GOT 1 THING HOW HARD IS IT

I never go to Tim Horton’s for an obvious reason but I wanted soup. They were out of soup and chili at 12 in the afternoon so I settled for a “grilled cheese panini”. The easiest sandwich and they do it like this.. sticking to never going to Tim Horton’s.

This has been my go to coffee shop for years, sad that it turned into what it is. Coffee is only 5%coffee, don’t bother getting syrups bc the amount of milk they pour in will cover the entire taste. Latte machine is “already being cleaned for the night” at 7pm. Even if you do get any sort of coffee you’ll get little pieces of some sort of chewy white substance at the bottom Customer service is worse than it’s ever been, you can’t ask more than one question before you get an eye roll. Can’t study there bc the tables/floors are complete filthy.
