I had a great experience at Penn Station. The sandwiches are fresh and loaded with quality ingredients, and the fries are some of the best around. Everything was hot, made to order, and tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean. This is one of my go-to spots and I’ll definitely be back.

Tried making an order over the phone but they were having difficulties. I decided to just go in. They were very nice and welcoming when I came in. I wish I had got the older guys name because he was very sweet and apologized for the wait. Which I was okay with because they were hit pretty hard at some point with everyone coming in. Thank you for being so nice, definitely made my rough week better!

3 stars for phone orders…the food is still good, but you may or may not get what you ordered. Here’s a sandwich we just got with ZERO meat on it, when it was supposed to be turkey. The large fries we ordered was a medium at best and the other sandwich we got had tomatoes when we asked for no toppings. Plus, the girl on the phone was rude.

They said they couldn’t remake due to it being ordered online!!!! I explained the online order was correct. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT MESSED IT UP. Not customer friendly. I Suggest DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. AND STAY AWAY FROM THE HARSHMAN LOCATION. THEN THE GUY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL MY DAUGHTER I CUSSED HIM OUT.

I prefer this store to the other ones in the area because it is close, clean, and they always get my food right. The customer service is top-notch and the food is yummy. I usually eat the cheesesteak, italian, or a salad that has become a favorite. Lettuce, chicken, tomato, mushrooms, cheese, and ranch is a winner!

Its OK! But not as much courteousness by cook to make sub requests. Mgr was nice BUT it could have been much better. When 10pm closing time came while we were eating they started shutting off lights on Saturday night at exact time. We had to leave immediately .

The staff was rude and sitting on the food ordering counter! The sandwich was poorly constructed (thrown together) and the bread was hard! The French fries were not hot and couldn’t really be called French FRIES they were tiny pieces that looked like they were from the bottom of the basket. There were no paper towels in the ladies room. They were mopping the floors with a very sloppy wet mop. The floor was so wet that my mother who walks with a cane found her cane slipping.
Update to my less than flattering review. Zach called me was very pleasant and he assured me these issues were addressed. They will make it right. I have never before had such a bad experience and I don’t expect I will again. Thanks for listening to the customers even when it’s hard to hear.
