I purchase a potpie on 12/16/24, and it was old. The crust was so dry, when I touched it, it was hard as a rock. I tried to remove the crust from around the edges, but it was so overcooked it turned powdery instead of flaking. The employee should’ve said we’re out of potpies instead of selling me an old dry one. KFC DO BETTER!!

Be careful in the drive-thru. The parking lot has several holes and uneven surfaces from the moment you enter the lot to get to the drive-thru. My tire sustained damage 09/30/25 and had to be immediately replaced. KFC customer service can not offer any assistance and the owner of the location can’t be located. The customer service staff doesn’t know the owners contact information however the staff at the locations were not surprised at the owners silence. On 01/02/26, the BBB recommends small claims court to assist with my damages.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get my order. We placed an online order for pickup around 7:00 pm on Sunday, November 2, 2025. First, I walked in and waited 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me (granted they looked understaffed, but I was one of only two customers in the building). When I finally got someone’s attention they informed me they were out of barbecue sauce so they couldn’t fulfill my order. Now, I am not upset that they were out of something. It happens but I drove quite a distance to get an order that couldn’t be fulfilled. Additionally, what is upsetting is there was no attempt to even try to fix the situation. In fact when I had to call to see what my buddies wanted to get, either a refund or a substitution, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because the cashier disappeared. No one else came to the register to help even though by this point I was the only one there. No, “I’m sorry sir can we find a substitute for something else” or “I’m sorry sir I’ll see if there’s something I can do.” All I was told was to go to the website to try to see if I could get a refund; I was not even offered the choicee to substitute my order. I have not been to KFC in years and was excited to try their Honey Barbecue Chicken; however, after this I don’t believe I will ever be going back to this location ever again. This location deserves to be shutdown.

The driveway needs major improvement. Someone gone mess they car all up in the driveway with all the cracks nd holes. I ordered a famous bowl nd I was enjoying it until I seen hair or eyelash in the food. I called to inform them of this and they refuse to answer the phone. I am on my way back there as I’m typing this. No wonder they parking lot always looking dead. This is so unacceptable from this location.

Interior of this restaurant is dirty and uncleaned. I found a dead roach in the dining area. Of the 3 workers, 1 person was working, while the other were on their phone. Won’t be back.

Not only do you have to wait 20 minutes for wedges, they instantly have you pull forward and wait. When there’s NOBODY else in line byes I know it’s kfc shocker. Than they bring it out and I get home and I am missing half my meal. Why on earth did I have to wait 20 minutes for half a meal and without a doubt nobody could care any less to answer a phone call . So ridiculous how everyone expects a check for the bare minimal work

Quick trip through the drive-through to order my favorite item, which is the pot pie. Its a hit and miss at this location because sometimes the pot pie is juicy and at other times it’s dry. Today was an off day because it was so dry on the inside. I ate two of the wings, but looking at the picture you can see how small they are. I expected more for $6.99. But I will give credit where credit is due. The wings were hot and seasoned perfectly.
Anyway the 3 stars is because the customer service just sucks. I think it has to do with the youngsters that are working. They have no work ethic or people skills. When taking my order through the drive-through, their tone always sound like they don’t wanna deal with me as a customer or I’m a bother. They don’t say “thank you” or “you’re welcome”. It’s the same experience all the time so it has nothing to do with a particular person.
I always check my food before leaving any drive-through and I’m glad I did because they had only given me five wings so I had to go inside (which was technically closed). In addition, they did not tell me I would have an eight minute wait until AFTER I paid for my order.
I’ve had enough bad experiences not to return. I would’ve preferred to spend my $13+ dollars on something else.

My experience at this restaurant was outstanding. The staff and service exceeded my expectations. The manager Jeremy was awesome and made my visit very pleasant. The food was great also and I will be returning back.
